Am nächsten Morgen war mein Fahrrad schon fertig ? Super Preis für Reparatur ?. Es wird meine Werkstatt bleiben ( trotz Entfernung). Simply top? Despite a short time after work, I got help at the workshop ... with an extra dose of humor ??. The next morning my bike was ready ? Great price for repair. It will remain my workshop (despite the distance).

Kommunikation per E-Mail & Telefon top, vor Ort probefahren und Beratung, bei Abholung des Bikes sogar Shuttle vom/zum Bahnhof und noch kurzfristig die Sattelstütze gewechselt. Dazu reibungslose und zügige Abwicklung über Jobrad... besser geht's nicht. Nochmal herzlichen Dank an Gregor und sein Team, hier komme ich, trotz Entfernung, auch gerne wieder zum Service hin! Top service right from the start. Communication by email & phone was great, on-site test drive and advice, when picking up the bike even a shuttle from / to the train station and the seat post was changed at short notice. In addition, smooth and quick processing via Jobrad ... it couldn't be better. Many thanks again to Gregor and his team, despite the distance, I am happy to come back to service here!
