Er hört einem ja zu! Das kenne ich gar nicht mehr :) Er ist sehr kompetent und auch immer zuvorkommend. Meine Gangschaltung hat er sofort eingestellt, nun warten wir auf Ersatzteile und ich werde von nun an IMMER ausschließlich nur noch hierher kommen. Ich habe zwar eine Herstellergarantie, aber die paar Euronen sind es mir dann doch Wert solch einen kompetenten, zuverlässigen und motivierten jungen Selbstständigen zu unterstützen! When I was there and expressed my complaints about my bike, which was not bought from him, I was surprised. He listens to you! Würde ich meine Fahrräder nicht grundsätzlich vom Gebrauchtmarkt beziehen so würde es sich bestimmt auch lohnen, hier nach einem neuen Drahtesel zu schauen, an vielen Rädern im Geschäft steht "Vollständig Konfigurierbar" dran. I am completely satisfied: The advice is very good and repair or conversion orders are carried out quickly, cheaply and well. If I didn't buy my bicycles from the second-hand market, it would certainly be worthwhile to look for a new bike here, as many of the bikes in the store say "Fully configurable".

Besonderes Engagement bei der (momentan schwierigen) Ersatzteilbeschaffung. Bin sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Friendly, service-oriented and absolutely fair in terms of price. ( super angepasst ) Alle Teile waren nach kurzer Zeit vorhanden und konnten vor dem ersten Ausritt angebracht werden. Mein zweites Bike kommt dort auch zur Überholung hin.
