★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn maat was niet in de winkel, uiteindelijk online gekocht. De broek had een fabricagefout, kan gebeuren. In de winkel (v/h merk zelf) kan je de online gekochte broeken niet ruilen, maar ze kunnen ook niks doen. Terug naar het online systeem - daar 20% van de aankoop prijs aangeboden gekregen voor een 2x gedragen broek die nu weg kan. Grote teleurstelling - integreer online of offline, maar dit is echt waardeloos.
