★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No inventory. Not a single Gortex jacket in Large or XL in the store. Even non-Gortex was like trying to find a white rhino tusk. Even tried to bicker over selling us a dirty floor sample. Buy online.

I have called woolrich also but that is a big joke they do nothing. she told me she would send me an e-mail she never did!

Not really the quality you expect after spending few hundred Euros Already complained with customer service to received the answer that is due to normal use. No more one of your clothes, you don't deserve loyal customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store personal gives misleading information just to close the sale (maybe got a bonus?). Afterwards when you want to return the product (because this was said it’s possible!) you get to hear the actual facts that this is not possible as the way it was mentioned during the conversation (dirty trick! You can collect your price now! ;)). Manager and also the customer service don’t do anything about these questionable practices. This brand isn’t worth any of the money you spend so i advice not to buy anything from them. They put money above integrity and reasonable customer service what is a shame.
