Quality is no longer what it used to be. New factories, cheaper production, but the prices have been raised a few hundred euros. #postage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received from the repair center of Canada goose in Portugal my coat completely discolored and duller back. It’s unbelievable and they didn’t give me a solution for this. I think that they have caused it by drycleaning.
When I have sent it back to the repair center of Canada Goose in Portugal for a second review I received the answer that this is the real color of the garment that came up after the Canada Goose repair center dry cleaned it. I refuted this with photo's and evidences. You can see the real color on the folded place like the hood flap. Then they gave me another answer that this is dirt by own doing which is not true. How can their dry cleaning cause more dirt on my coat? I have sent in a proper state and received it discolored back.
My garment is 1 to 2 years old and I can't even wear it now.
I feel very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was new and very well kept. Upon entry we were greeted by the friendly security guard. While browsing the shop, Alejandro was kind enough to help out and answer all my questions as I made a decision. Even though it was close to closing time, Alejandro was still tremendously patient and offered fantastic advice. Overall, I would have to say the experience was quite pleasant and I’ll be back!
