L	Lars Gunder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin auf A&G Türtechnik beauftragt, da bei mir ins Geschäft Ende des letzten 2x eingebrochen wurde. Die Notreparaturen haben soweit auch reibungslos geklappt. Danach fing es leider an problematisch zu werden. Zunächst einmal hat es sich schon schwierig gestaltet einen Kostenvoranschlag für die Reparatur zu bekommen. Als ich diesen dann nach mehrfacher Nachfrage endlich in den Händen hatte, wurde mir eine Reparatur für KW5 zugesagt. In der Woche kam dann leider einfach keine Techniker und es wurde auch keine Rücksprache gehalten. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies dann mit spontanen Coronaausfällen begründet. An sich kein Problem, wenn man Rücksprache gehalten hätte. Nun musste ich wieder mehrfach nachfragen bis mir dann eine Reparatur für KW10 zugesagt wurde. Leider ist von den Notreparaturen nicht richtig kommuniziert worden, was genau an der Tür Defekt ist. Der Techniker konnte die Tür somit nur teilweise reparieren und sie ist nach wie vor nicht benutzbar. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage habe ich heute in der KW12 immer noch keine Rückantwort vom Chef bekommen, wann die Tür endlich final repariert wird. I have been assigned to A&G Türtechnik because my shop was broken into twice at the end of the last year. So far, the emergency repairs have gone smoothly. After that, unfortunately, things started to get problematic. First of all, it was difficult to get an estimate for the repair. When I finally got my hands on it after repeated requests, I was promised a repair for KW5. Unfortunately, no technicians came during the week and no consultation was held. When asked, this was then justified with spontaneous corona failures. In itself not a problem if you had consulted. Now I had to ask again several times until I was promised a repair for week 10. Unfortunately, the emergency repairs did not communicate correctly what exactly was wrong with the door. The technician was only able to partially repair the door and it is still unusable. When I asked several times, I still didn't get an answer from the boss in week 12 as to when the door would finally be finally repaired.
