★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is easy to make an appointment on their website, which includes options to select the services you need. They offer a loan bicycle, which is convenient. Before replacing parts that they need to charge more for they will call you to confirm, and when the car is doen they will also call. They even washed the car :)
Overall good and consistent service, will be going there again.

…The passengers door of my Ibiza lock jammed and did not open or close anymore, nor did it respond to the remote key. So, last Friday I visited the nearest Seat dealer and explained my situation. …It was magic! The Seat employee we encountered must have been a wizard… Without looking at the car, asking about the cause or any other additional questions (not even “have a seat”) he knew straight away the locked needed replacement and that it would take some time to fix it. Obviously, I could, “make an appointment immediately or check the website”. Astonished by his enchanting words (read: audacity) my girlfriend stepped in and enquired the costs of his prophecy. Without hesitation the wizard replied: “400 Euro! The earliest on Monday”. She, replied with a nod (one I am most familiar with) and so we departed. Luckily, we found a great garage nearby that was welcoming and treated us with dignity. They actually asked us to have a seat, offered us coffee (I felt like a prince), took time to inspect the car door and even fixed it, simply by placing a finger in the lock and pushing it up. Pushing it up! That’s it! Total costs: 0,- Euro. You probably can imagine that after this experience I felt like I won the lottery! ICE-CREAM ON ME!!! The Garage is called Erdi in case you require craftsmanship, care if you want to be taken seriously or don’t want to be ripped off. I sincerely hope you will better your service, a-point Seat dealer, for other people’s sake.
