★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. At first we set up an appointment through the website, that never got confirmed. We then called the phone number and they would set up the appointment for us. Again, we did not hear and eventually decided to stop by ourselves. We got confronted with extremely long delivery times (3 months) but eventually agreed. Both parties signed the contract, and after about 3 weeks they contact us that they would be unable to deliver the car that we agreed upon. They presented 3 offers that were all wildly more expensive, and they were unable to offer a comparable contract.
In the end it was a stressful period and a big waste of time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial purchase process looked ok, but the up-sale process 2yrs later to a bigger car was a total marketing scam including very questionable sales tactics. The service process was even more horrible; charging rediculous amounts (€700 for a standard check-up). In an even weirder twist, the mechanics then started a negotiation process to come to a 'fair price'! Nothing you expect from an official dealer, feels very dodgy!
