Very inflexible, difficult to coordinate. As a clumsy answer you get to hear "If you are dissatisfied, then look for another company. Not even worth a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Hatte ein Problem und mir wurde am Telefon gesagt, ich solle den Container wieder leer machen. Der Chef war sofort kooperativ und bot mir eine Lösung an. Die Dame am Telefon und Vorort bekommt diesen 1nen Stern.
It's a shame how you deal with customers. Had a problem and was told on the phone to empty the container again. The boss was immediately cooperative and offered me a solution. The lady on the phone and on site gets this 1 star.
