★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience . We showed up at the pick up time in Utrecht and the office was closed. No sign of ACE Rent A Car, the building belongs to autohopper, a different rental company. We called with ACE Rent A Car and they said that the building should be open, but even on the door of the building it said that the office was closed at that hour. There was nothing they could do. Don't waste your money and time on this company and don't trust them.
