★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een dikke pluim voor deze woningcorporatie. Daar kan Woonconcept nog heel veel van leren. Maar daar hebben ze de wil niet voor. Echt super van Actium....reactie heeft te maken met het feit dat actium wel voor woonwagenbewoners zorgt.
Kudos to this housing association. Woonconcept can learn a lot from this. But they don't have the will to do that. Really great from Actium .... reaction has to do with the fact that actium does take care of caravan dwellers.

very poorly known housing association do not tolerate any contradiction to clearly playing facts deny all allegations and complaints are never processed account on never correct it is closed on false statements to be destroyed elsewhere be a social housing association worth nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer teleurgesteld na de bezichtiging. Actium verhuurt uitgeleefde woningen die vies en doorrookt zijn. Verwachten van de toekomstige huurders om dit zelf helemaal op te knappen.
Misbruik maken van de woningnood, omdat er altijd wel iemand is die genoegen neemt met een ronduit verwaarloosde woning.
Very disappointed after the viewing. Actium rents out decrepit homes that are dirty and smoked through. Expect the future tenants to refurbish this completely themselves.
