★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an off-brand charger for a MacBook and worked wonderfully. I even saw an improvement on my computer's battery life. Nevertheless after 8 months it stopped working. It was still under the 12 month guarantee so I contacted customer service and the same day they sent a replacement charger that hopefully will arrive tomorrow!
10/10 customer service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still not got the package. Post NL came at the door, but didn't allow reasonable time to get to the door. It was then announced that the package would be brought to a Post NL office in my town. After now three days it is still not there.
It was about a charger for a computer that was urgently needed. So, the service was not up to what could normally be expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the plug did not fit the computer - so we have to find a good soluton to exchange it for one that suits. The foto is the one we recieved - the pin should be a litle bit bigger in diameter.
