★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik wilde al langer een vlaggenmast. Lang gezocht en vergeleken. Toen mijn zoveelste verjaardag in zicht kwam was dit mijn wens. Gekozen voor Vlaggenunie.nl vanwege de prijs, overzichtelijkheid van de website en ik was tevreden over het klantcontact (gebeld met een vraag en vriendelijk en duidelijk geholpen) heb twee linker handen maar installatie was super eenvoudig. Ik heb een kantel anker gebruikt en moest wat beton storten. Bleek heel eenvoudig.
Materiaal is van hele goede kwaliteit
Levering was snel
Kortom, prima.
 I've wanted a flagpole for a long time. Long searched and compared. When my umpteenth birthday came in sight, this was my wish. Chosen for Vlaggenunie.nl because of the price, clarity of the website and I was satisfied with the customer contact (called with a question and friendly and clear help) I have two left hands but installation was super easy. I used a tilt anchor and had to pour some concrete. Turned out very simple.
Material is of very good quality
Delivery was fast
In short, fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb er pas een vlaggenstok besteld van 200cm. Het zou worden geleverd door GLS, en dit is prima verlopen.
Totdat je van de aankoop afziet en binnen 14 dagen ( dat juridisch recht heb je namelijk) het retour wilt sturen. Via de site van vlaggenunie staat hoe je moet retourneren. Helaas is er geen enkele post dienst die pakketten aanneemt langer dan 150 cm. Volgens de firma GLS die dus wel bezorgd kan dat wel maar dan moet de vlaggenunie een retourbon aanmaken. Dit weigeren ze continu en verwijzen je dan naar POSTNL dan weer naar UPS. Ik ben hier na telefonisch contact en diverse mails wel klaar mee.
Dus kopers: LET OP voordat je hier iets besteld wat langer is dan 150cm dan krijg je het dus niet retour. Tevens zal ik hier ook nooit meer iets bestellen en het ook niemand aanbevelen. Tevens hebben ze ook geen keurmerk van de online website, dus dan weet je het wel.

Vlaggenunie heeft mij gebeld en zijn tot een oplossing gekomen. Namelijk een retourbon en de kosten van verzending samen gedeeld. Daarom de sterren van deze review naar 3 gezet. Ik zal de review verder aanpassen wanneer het aankoop bedrag terug gestort is. Toch nog een nette oplossing.
Just ordered a flagpole of 200cm. It was supposed to be provided by GLS, and this went well.
Until you cancel the purchase and want to return it within 14 days (you have that legal right). The website of Vlagunie tells you how to return. Unfortunately, there is no postal service that accepts parcels longer than 150 cm. According to the company GLS, which does deliver, that is possible, but then the flag union must create a return slip. They continuously refuse this and then refer you to POSTNL and then to UPS. I am ready with this after telephone contact and several emails.
So buyers: PLEASE NOTE before you order something longer than 150cm, you will not receive it back. I will never order from here again and will not recommend it to anyone. They also don't have a quality mark from the online website, so you know.

Flag Union has called me and they have come to a solution. Namely a return slip and the costs of shipping shared together. That is why the stars of this review have been set to 3. I will further adjust the review when the purchase amount has been refunded. Still a neat solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their photos in the online shop are not good enough, no examples are shown with actual installations so it is har to understand what the accessoire is good for. Descriptions also do not cover every information. Product recommendations are also missing so we needed to order an additional item and now we have another which is not needed. The staff is very helpful on the phone and super quick with their answers. Delivery time is way behind NL standards, no next day delivery is available.
