★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadat ik zelf een foutje had gemaakt met een dubbele bestelling, heb ik dit gemeld en binnen een uur heeft RAM-geheugen dit gecorrigeerd en geld teruggestort. Daarnaast heeft RAM-geheugen de bestelling gecontroleerd, zodat ik zo goed als zeker de juiste RAM-modules zou ontvangen. Een dag later had ik de modules in huis. Zo moeten bedrijven werken.
 After I had made a mistake with a double order, I reported this and RAM has corrected this and refunded money within an hour. In addition, RAM has checked the order, so that I would receive the right RAM modules as well as certainly. A day later I had the modules in the house. For example, companies must work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De door mij bestelde Kingston 4GB Ram-geheugenbankjes werken perfect. De beloofde levering kwam helaas niet op de dag na mijn bestelling en zo moest ik een weekend zonder de beschikbaarheid van mijn Laptop doen. Maar vandaag(dinsdagochtend) vond ik ze in mijn brievenbus. Laten we zeggen: Eind goed, al goed!
The Kingston 4GB Ram memory banks I ordered work perfectly. Unfortunately, the promised delivery did not come the day after my order and so I had to do a weekend without the availability of my Laptop. But today (Tuesday morning) I found them in my mailbox. Let's say: All's well that ends well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen Zaterdag besteld het is nu vrijdag en nog steeds niets ontvangen.
Natuurlijk zaterdag was het 1 januari maar het excuus dat dat vertraging oplevert is na 6 dagen al lang niet meer legitiem.
Paar dagen geleden contact opgenomen. Alleen maar mooie praatjes en loze beloftes.
Uiteindelijk na 1 week (7 dagen) het bestelde RAM geheugen ontvangen. Het geleverde product werkt naar behoren.
Ordered last Saturday, it is now Friday and still have not received anything.
Of course Saturday was January 1, but the excuse that this causes delay is no longer legitimate after 6 days.
Contacted a few days ago. Just sweet talk and empty promises.
Finally received the ordered RAM after 1 week (7 days). The delivered product works properly.

The RAM was securely packaged and worked perfectly.
I would buy at ram-geheugen.nl again if I ever need memory again.

However, I received no indication of the status of my order, apart from that payment was made and received.
There was no indication of when it would be posted. There was no track-n-trace. And even when looking at the 'Mijn account' there was no extra info.
The chat was useless. I tried twice, waited for 20 mins both times.
Second time I asked my question and posted my email address, but never heard back from RAM-Geheugen.nl
In this day and age, that's unsettling, especially since there were quite a few negative reviews specifically about not receiving items that had been paid for
