About Aglio Jazz
Na veel reizen door de hele wereld en het openen van verschillende restaurants raakte de eigenaren van
Aglio Jazz verliefd op Amsterdam en besloten zich te vestigen in de stad. Ze kozen De Pijp uit als perfecte locatie en Aglio Jazz was ontstaan.
Het echtpaar runt het restaurant samen waar Susanna de klanten verwelkomd en haar man Leonardo zelfgemaakt en gezond eten maakt. Dit doen zij op een vertrouwde en informele manier zoals je goed kunt zien op het menu a la carte.
De selectie is gebaseerd op de persoonlijke ervaringen van de chef-kok die oorspronkelijk uit Puglia komt. U kunt traditionele gerechten vinden met een vleugje exotische en ongewone smaken uit zijn persoonlijke bagage, alles ontwikkelt met moderne technieken en een constant onderzoek naar producten van hogere kwaliteit. Kortom, iets unieks om te proberen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I traveled from home in Brooklyn NYC for a week during the thanksgiving holiday and came here for our last meal out (due to the newly imposed lockdown at 5pm). The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the owner kindly greeted us. We shared the charcuterie plate followed by the black truffle sage pasta and the lasagna. For dessert we had the cheesecake and Lemon sorbet with Prosecco. Everything was so delicious and authentic. We enjoyed an amazing bottle of wine recommended by the owner as well. This was the best Italian food I’ve had in a while and one of my favorite restaurants in Amsterdam! Thank you :)
