★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben heel blij met dit bedrijf! Het boeken, met speciale wensen, verliep vlot. De service is geweldig. Ook toen we helaas onze reis, dus ook de vastgelegde auto's, moesten annuleren. Meelevend en terugstorting van de betaalde huur goed geregeld. Volgende keer absoluut weer met dit bedrijf in zee! En nu maar hopen dat Corona niet weer roet in het eten gooit.
 I am very happy with this company! Booking, with special wishes, went smoothly. The service is great. Even when we unfortunately had to cancel our trip, including the recorded cars. Compassionate and repayment of the rent paid well arranged. Definitely working with this company again next time! And now let's hope that Corona does not throw a spanner in the works again.

Despite unfortunately having to cancel our trip due to corona, alamo's customer service has been soothing, they were so helpful and understanding, really top notch

Rented a car in Curacao, super satisfied with the service. Friendly people, no hassle before/after, so a relief compared to my experiences with other car rental companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inmiddels 2x een auto gehuurd in Florida. Beide keren kregen we een upgrade. Toen tijdens onze vakantie bleek dat er een stuk metaal in de achterband zat heb ik gebeld met Alamo.
Ik kon de auto naar het dichtstbijzijnde vestiging brengen of er kon iemand langskomen.
Ik ben naar de vestiging gereden (Disney terrein) en daar kon ik meteen een andere auto uitzoeken of 20. min wachten op reparatie. Ik heb gewacht want de auto beviel goed en er lagen nog allerlei spullen van ons in. Goede snelle service.
Rented a car twice in Florida now. Both times we got an upgrade. When during our vacation it turned out that there was a piece of metal in the rear tire, I called Alamo.
I could take the car to the nearest branch or someone could come by.
I drove to the location (Disney site) and there I could immediately choose another car or wait 20 min for repair. I waited because the car went well and there were still all kinds of stuff in it. Good fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat waren we blij met Alamo!!! Waren met groep voor een WK dansen en waren enigen die bij alamo boekten.
Bij ons zeer vriendelijk, auto volledig gecheckt op krassen. Zij toonden ons zelfs zaken dat we zelf niet zagen. Kregen een gratis upgrade. Retour heel vlot verlopen met zelfde super service. De anderen daarentegen hebben veel problemen gehad en zijn zelf hun waarborg kwijt.
Dus waren wij zeer gelukkig met Alamo en zullen deze zeker aanraden.
We were so happy with Alamo!!! Were with group for a World Cup dancing and were the only ones who booked with alamo.
Very friendly with us, car fully checked for scratches. They even showed us things that we didn't see ourselves. Got a free upgrade. Return went very smoothly with the same great service. The others, on the other hand, have had many problems and have lost their deposit themselves.
So we were very happy with Alamo and will definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb er van geleerd om nooit geen zaken meer te doen met een tussen persoon.
Alles netjes van tevoren betaald.
Toen ik de auto in Bari Italië kwam ophalen had ik papieren niet goed ingevuld.
Geen auto meegekregen en het geld niet terug gekregen.
1200 euro foetsie en totaal geen hulp en ondersteuning gekregen van Alamo.
Op het vliegveld niets te huur.
Pas op het trein station in Lecce iets kunnen huren.
Alamo verdient in mijn ogen een dikke 1.
I've learned to never stop doing business with an intermediary.
Everything paid in advance.
When I came to pick up the car in Bari Italy, I had not filled in the papers correctly.
Didn't get a car and didn't get the money back.
1200 euros wasted and received no help and support at all from Alamo.
Nothing for rent at the airport.
Beware of the train station in Lecce can rent something.
Alamo deserves a big 1 in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car through Alamo (Target Travel Services) for two weeks in Italy. We've also took the "No-Risk warranty" option. During our holiday, someone damaged the car's front bumper by probably bumping into it when it was parked. We've called Alamo and they assured us this was covered by the warranty and gave us clear instructions on what to do. After the inspection on returning the car, the local company that dealt with the Alamo card (Locauto) rightfully withheld a part of our deposit. After following the steps the Alamo (NL) employee gave us, I had the amount of money back in no time because of the No-Risk warranty. I think it was less than a week.
Although we had damage to the car, I'm pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of their customer support and the way everything was handled. Keep up the good work :)
