Am nächsten Tag kamen zwei sehr nette Herren außerordentlich pünktlich, reparierten den TV und waren auch schon wieder weg. Alles sehr professionell mit ab und aufhängen des TV zuzüglich des wieder Anschluss des Fernsehers. Und das alles auf Kulanz eines 5 Jahre alten TV. ? Solche Unternehmen wünscht man sich. Großes Lob an alle Beteiligten. Vielen Dank dafür und liebe Grüße Top company! After contacting Sony support, the company immediately called me and the contact was very friendly. The next day, two very nice gentlemen came extremely punctually, repaired the TV and were gone again. Everything was very professional with off and on the TV plus reconnecting the TV. And all of this on the grace of a 5 year old TV. ? Such companies are what you want. Kudos to everyone involved. Thank you for that and best regards

Der telefonische Anruf in der Firma klappte dank eines Anrufbeantworters auch schnell und unkompliziert, wenn man sich nicht scheut das Ding zubesprechen. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit erhielten wir den gewünschten Rückruf. Beim Vor-Ort Service kamen zwei sehr freundliche Angestellte, die wahrscheinlich noch die alte Schule an TV-Technik gelernt haben und konnten das Problem sehr schnell lösen und gaben den einen oder anderen Tipp was TV Geräte anbelangt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Firma und Service kontaktieren. Nice and smooth customer contact. Netterweise haben die mich darauf hingewiesen daß die TV Halterung falsch montiert wurde und diese prompt richtig montiert haben . Klasse! Weiter so und vielen Dank ! Had problems with the TCL 55c728, 2 very nice technicians came from Da. Albatronic and have changed the motherboard. Nachtrag: Ein Techniker der Firma albatronic war vor gewesen um mein defektes tv Gerät zu begutachten, laut Techniker kein Fehler Vorhanden bzw. würde innerhalb der Spezifikation liegen?!?! Daraufhin habe ich erneut Kontakt mit Philips aufgenommen und meinen Tv eingesendet kurze Zeit später erhielt ich eine Mail on der stand: das die Garantie eine Reparatur oder Austausch vorsieht wenn der Fehler nicht reparierbar wäre, Ende von Lied ein fehlerfreier Tv hängt an meiner Wand, danke an Philips und an Albatronic danke für nichts. Addendum: A technician from albatronic was there to examine my defective tv device, according to the technician there was no error or it would be within the specification?!?! I then contacted Philips again and sent my TV in. A short time later I received an email saying that the guarantee provided for a repair or replacement if the fault could not be repaired, end of the story a fault-free TV is hanging on my wall, thank you Thanks to Philips and Albatronic for nothing. Der Telefon- und E-Mail-Kontakt war bestens, genauso wie der Service vor Ort durch den Techniker. Man fühlte sich stets wertgeschätzt und gut informiert. Vielen Dank. Kudos to the Albatronic company and their staff for their great help with an aging television whose firmware had hung up. The telephone and e-mail contact was excellent, as was the on-site service by the technician. You always felt valued and well informed. Thanks very much.
E	Eric Er on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Sony XR-85X95J hat einige Probleme gehabt, die ich bei Sony reklamiert habe. Albatronic wurde mit der Reparatur beauftragt. Insgesamt war diese Firma dreimal bei mir. Jeder Besuch war absulut korrekt und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Letzendlich wurde durch Albatronic das Gerät nun getauscht. Bin sehr zufrieden mit Albatronic. My Sony XR-85X95J has had some issues which I have reported to Sony. Albatronic was commissioned with the repair. In total, this company has visited me three times. Every visit was absolutely correct and there is nothing to complain about. Ultimately, the device was replaced by Albatronic. I am very satisfied with Albatronic.

Alle Fragen wurden zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Termin wurde schnell vereinbart und eingehalten. Ich bedanke mich herzlich für den tollen Service. Albatronic was commissioned by Philips as part of a warranty claim. The display was exchanged for me. The two gentlemen were very competent. All questions were answered to my complete satisfaction. The appointment was quickly made and kept. Thank you very much for the great service.
