D	D.A.N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anscheinend wiederholen sich hier die Erfahrungen! Junge Frau mit geringen Sprachkenntnissen und wenig bis gar keiner Motivation. Das schreiende Kind im Hinterzimmer war wichtiger als der Kunde vor der Theke. Die 2 ausgeliehenen Mountainbikes befanden sich in einem schlechten Zustand---> Rahmen und Kette stark verrostet, Sattel absolut durchgesessen und die Gangschaltung funtionierte nur teilweise! Bei der Rückgabe am nächsten Tag die einzelnen Punkte angesprochen und auch hier liegt ja eine Chance für ein Unternehmen dem Kunden gerecht zu werden. Bei diesem leider Fehlanzeige und somit muss ich trotz der vermeintlichen Nähe zum Roompot Park dringlich von diesem Fahrradverleih abraten. Ein paar hundert Meter weiter gibt es mit Sicherheit einen seriöseren Fahrradverleih! Apparently the experiences are repeated here! Young woman with little language skills and little or no motivation. The screaming kid in the back room was more important than the customer in front of the counter. The 2 rented mountain bikes were in a bad condition ---> frame and chain heavily rusted, saddle sat absolutely and the gearshift funtionierte only partially! When returning the next day, the individual issues addressed and also here is an opportunity for a company to meet the customer. In this unfortunately, a false report and thus, despite the supposed proximity to the Roompot Park, I strongly advise against this bike rental. A few hundred meters away, there is certainly a more serious bike rental!
C	Christian Engels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Familie und ich waren im Ferienpark Boohiemke untergebracht. Wegen der Nähe zum Ferienpark mieteten wir Fahrräder bei Aldok. Die Servicemitarbeiter waren junge Leute, die schlecht deutsch sprachen und viel Mühe beim richtigen einstellen der Räder hatten. Die Fahrräder und der Kinderanhänger waren allesamt stark abgenutzt und rostig. Folgerichtig riss bei meiner Frau nach 10 Minuten Fahrt auch die rostige Kette... Ameland gerne wieder, dieser Fahrradverleih sicher nicht! My family and I stayed in the Boohiemke holiday park. Because of the proximity to the holiday park, we rented bicycles from Aldok. The service staff were young people who spoke bad German and had a lot of trouble adjusting the bikes correctly. The bicycles and the children's trailer were all badly worn and rusty. Consequently, my wife's rusty chain broke after a 10-minute drive ... Ameland would be happy to do it again, but this bike rental is definitely not!

Hij had zelfs extra fietsen gekocht voor onze reservering zei hij (gelogen). Er staat niets in de voorwaarden over het cancellen, maar hij beweerde in eerste instantie van wel. Hij wilde dus niet terugbetalen. Pas nadat ik hem duidelijk maakte dat ik een jurist zou inschakelen kwam hij over de brug. Deze man probeert je dus gewoon op te lichten. I wanted to cancel my reservation, but was then told that was not possible. He even bought extra bikes for our reservation he said (lied). There is nothing in the terms and conditions about canceling, but he initially claimed so. So he did not want to pay back. Only after I made it clear to him that I would hire a lawyer did he come across the bridge. So this man is just trying to scam you.

Nachdem wir die Fahrräder bezahlt hatten, zeigte man uns weder welche Fahrräder wir soeben erworben hatten, noch gab man uns irgendwelche Hinweiße wo sie finden seien. Schlussendlich haben wir, wenig gepumpte, klingelose und schlecht eingestellte Fahrräder bekommen und musste nochmal zurück. Schade, gerade wenn man sich schon die zuvorigen Bewertungen durchliest, wirkt es fast so als würden sie alle so behandeln :/ Unfortunately extremely unfriendly. After we had paid for the bicycles, we were not shown which bicycles we had just bought, nor were we given any advice on where to find them. In the end we got bicycles that were not well pumped, soundless and badly adjusted and had to go back again. It's a shame, especially when you read through the previous reviews, it almost seems as if they were all treated like this: /

We hadden fietsen gehuurd, maar kregen op dag van aankomst andere fietsen dan besproken. Ook geregeld dat we de fietsen weer in zouden leveren bij de boot bij vertrek, dat kon op het laatste moment toch niet (dag voor vertrek!)... nu moesten we een taxi nemen. Ook hadden we op dag twee geregeld dat we op dag 4 vier elektrische fietsen zouden huren. Op dag 4 wilden we ze halen, maar waren ze verhuurd aan anderen... geen elektrische fietsen meer over.... al met al slechte service en erg onvriendelijk personeel. Wij zullen hier nooit meer een fiets huren. EN raden het anderen ook af. I hate to write a bad review, but this company is asking for it. We had rented bicycles, but were given different bicycles on the day of arrival than discussed. Also arranged that we would return the bikes to the boat on departure, that was not possible at the last minute (day before departure!) ... now we had to take a taxi. On day two we also arranged that we would rent four electric bicycles on day 4. On day 4 we wanted to get them but they were rented to others ... no more electric bikes ... all in all bad service and very unfriendly staff. We will never rent a bicycle here again. AND others also advise against it.

Außerdem war das Licht vorne und hinten kaputt. Wir wollten am Abend in die Stadt und so ging das natürlich nicht. Das zweite Tandem war ok, aber sah auch nicht mehr wirklich frisch aus. Die Unfreundlichkeit kann ich zudem bestätigen. Man hatte den Eindruck, als wollten sie einem gar kein Fahrrad verleihen. Unbelievably bad!! A bike was not at all roadworthy. The brakes hardly worked. In addition, the light in the front and back was broken. We wanted to go into town in the evening and of course it didn't work that way. The second tandem was ok, but didn't look really fresh either. I can also confirm the rudeness. You got the impression that they didn't want to lend you a bike at all.

Bij aankomst op het eiland stond de bus met onze fietsen klaar bij de boot. Toen de fietsen waren uitgeladen, konden onze koffers de bus in en werden ze naar ons vakantiepark vervoerd. Ideaal om gelijk een dag het eiland rond te kunnen rijden. Op de laatste dag precies hetzelfde. Koffers werden naar de boot gebracht terwijl wij lekker konden fietsen. Super en tegen een betaalbare prijs. Visited Ameland for the first time and rented bikes from Aldok. There satisfied with the service. When we arrived on the island, the bus with our bicycles was ready at the boat. When the bikes were unloaded, our suitcases could be put on the bus and they were transported to our holiday park. Ideal to drive around the island for a day. Exactly the same on the last day. Suitcases were brought to the boat while we could cycle. Super and at an affordable price.
