★ ★ ★ ★ ★ anyone entering this establishment for either coffee or merchandise needs ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD to get customer service. i stood in the store for nearly 5 minutes while a couple of so-called employees flitted about, and around me, without acknowledging my presence. i moved to another part of the store, hoping to get a cup of coffee and waited a few more minutes. quelle surprise! i was equally unsuccessful. after being treated like an invisible person, i left the pretentious little place. sheesh!

this brand and was always happy with the quality. However, i ordered a pair of earrings online for my sisters birthday in june and gave them to her a couple of weeks later. 2 months after wearing, one of the earring broke which is unusual and as she takes good care of her jewellery hardly her fault. I contacted customer service asking for a replacement, and they said no because the guarantee is 1 month. A ridiculously short time in my opinion. I asked if they could make an exception since it only had been 2 months, and they offered me a 10% discount on my next order, which doesn’t even make up for the shipping costs to germany. I’m very disappointed in the customer service, surely they could make an exception if they wanted to, or at least offer a gift card.
But apparently this is how they treat loyal customers…
