★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn jas was stuk gegaan, via een medewerker aan de telefoon heb ik de bon kunnen krijgen. Terug naar de winkel gegaan en hebben zij kosteloos (na 8 maanden) mijn jas vervangen. Vriendelijke medewerkers en een ontzettend nette oplossing waar menig bedrijf nog van kan leren!
My coat had broken, I was able to get the receipt through an employee on the phone. Went back to the store and they replaced my coat free of charge (after 8 months). Friendly employees and a very neat solution that many companies can still learn from!

Good company good service. I was even able to go back after 5 months with my coat that was damaged which was not supposed to be. Just got money back.
