The apartment covers two floors (appr. 50 m2) and has a private entrance. The stylish living room (with fully equipped kitchen) is situated on the ground floor, from where you enjoy a view over the beautiful Amstel river. The sleeper sofa in the living is ideal for 2 children. A few steps down from street level, you’ll find the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Also downstairs are a luxurious bathroom and separate wc. A rich breakfast is always available on request. Everything is here to ensure a memorable and relaxed stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieses kleine Apartment hat eine wunderbare Lage, zwar nicht mitten im Zentrum gelegen, sondern etwas außerhalb, ist dieses aber sehr gut mit der Metro zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer sowie das Badezimmer sind im Keller untergebracht, wo es schön kühl und dunkel ist. Allgemein ist es hier sehr sauber und man kann morgens beim Frühstück das Treiben auf der Amstel beobachten.
This small apartment has a wonderful location, not in the middle of the center, but a little out of the way, but this is very easy to reach by metro. The decor is very tasteful. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom and the bathroom are located in the basement, where it is nice and cool. Generally it is very clean and you can watch the morning bustle on the Amstel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besser geht es nicht. Das Appartement ist perfekt zentral gelegen. Abends kann man sich mit zwei Stühlen direkt vor der Haustür ans Wasser setzen. Die Inhaberin ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Kühlschrank war bei Anreise bereits mit diversen Lebensmitteln bestückt, sodass man sich nur noch um frische Brötchen um die Ecke kümmern musste. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit wäre ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Nur die Waschmaschine muss morgens nicht ganz so früh laufen ;-). Ansonsten alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank für alles ..
It doesn't get any better than that. The apartment is perfectly located in the center. In the evening you can sit by the water with two chairs right in front of the front door. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished. We lacked nothing. The refrigerator was already stocked with various groceries upon arrival, so that you only had to worry about fresh rolls around the corner. We didn't miss anything. Only the clairaudience would be a small minus point. But didn't bother us. Only the washing machine does not have to run so early in the morning ;-). Otherwise everything perfect. We will be back! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Gorgeous apartment with everything you need, seating area, bedroom, shower room, toilet and kitchen which included fridge, dishwasher and a coffee machine! We loved our stay. it's a bit of a walk from the city centre but this means you can search for more local spots! The lady that runs the place is very helpful and welcoming, definitely stay here again!
