I	Ilona Pesch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einstärkenbrillen kann man dort einigermaßen gut kaufen. Ich brauchte eine Gleitsichtbrille und damit begann eine Odyssee. Erst stimmte die Weitssichtstärke nicht richtig, dann war der Übergang von Weit auf Nah nicht gleiten und das Beste zum Schluß: die Weitsicht stimmte immer noch nicht. Eine Mitarbeiterin meinte, dann soll ich mir eine extra nur Weitsichtbrille fürs Auto fahren kaufen...... Wofür ist dann eine Gleitsichtbrille????? Bin dann heute hin und habe die Brille zurück gegeben. Das Geld kommt dann per Überweisung zurück (dauert ca. 1 Woche). Ich gehe wieder zu eyes and more, da bin ich voll zufrieden. You can buy single vision glasses there reasonably well. I needed varifocals and that was the beginning of an odyssey. At first the far-sightedness wasn't right, then the transition from far to near wasn't smooth and the best thing in the end: the far-sightedness was still not right. One employee said, then I should buy extra long-vision goggles for driving the car ... What then are varifocals ????? I went there today and gave the glasses back. The money is then returned by transfer (takes about 1 week). I'm going back to eyes and more, I'm completely satisfied.

Der Service wurde zwar durchgeführt aber in einer Art und Weise bei der wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Professionellen Service haben wir dort schon anders erlebt. Schade! Spontaneously today I had my wife's glasses cleaned. The service was carried out but in a way that we didn't feel comfortable with. We have already experienced professional service there in a different way. Pity!

Neben Fachwissenpower hat sie uns mit Ihrer Geduld und Empathie beeindruckt. Außerdem hatten wir den Eindruck, sie war uns im Denken immer gleich ein paar Schritte voraus und wusste schon, was wir fragen werden. Das Anpassen unserer Kontaktlinsen war super entspannend, sehr sehr zielführend, und wir haben sehr zufrieden das Geschäft verlassen. Außerdem muss erwähnt werden, dass hier überhaupt kein Verkaufsdruck herrscht. Man fühlt sich zu gar nichts genötigt, sondern kauft sehr gerne hier. Auch sehr interessant: der Laden war sehr voll, aber man nahm sich geduldig Zeit für uns. Ohne viel Werbung für Apollos Produkte machen zu wollen, aber die Kontaktlinsenqualität sucht seines Gleichen. Hab ja schon viel probiert, aber diese Linsen halten, was sie versprechen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. We were lucky enough to be served directly by the branch manager. She is a master optician and absolutely fit when it comes to contact lenses. In addition to specialist knowledge, she impressed us with her patience and empathy. We also had the impression that she was always a few steps ahead of us in her thinking and already knew what we were going to ask. Fitting our contact lenses was super relaxing, very, very effective, and we left the shop very satisfied. It must also be mentioned that there is no pressure to sell here at all. You don't feel compelled to do anything, you like to buy here. Also very interesting: the shop was very full, but they patiently took time for us. Without wanting to advertise Apollo's products too much, but the quality of the contact lenses is unrivaled. I've tried a lot, but these lenses keep what they promise. We would like to come again.

Damals gab es eine freundliche Beratung und eine große Auswahl an Brillengestellen, nach denen ich gesucht habe. Heute war ich mit einem vorab gebuchten Termin dort und habe leider eine ganz andere Erfahrung machen müssen. Ich habe in meinem Leben schon viele Brillen gekauft und bin noch nie so unverschämt behandelt worden, wie heute. Schon der Anlass meines Brillenkaufs wurde belächelt. Zwischendurch durfte ich zwar etwas von dem Service der Mitarbeiterin spüren, doch spätestens bei meiner Nachfrage bezüglich der Spiegelung der Gläser sowie der zu zahlenden Summe war davon nichts mehr zu spüren. Ich bin mir sicher, dass die Mitarbeiterin meinen Unmut über ihr Verhalten bemerkt hat und sich dadurch im Verlauf noch wortkarger verhielt. Mit einer Kundin über Spiegelungen zu diskutieren, Rabatte zunächst nicht ordentlich abzuziehen und dann auch noch den Anlass des Brillenkaufs meiner Ansicht nach nicht ernst zu nehmen, kann kein Kundenservice sein. Schade, dass ich diese Filiale aufgrund dieser Mitarbeiterin nicht mehr empfehlen kann. On a recommendation, I went to Apollo am Büchel for the first time in April 2021. Back then there was friendly advice and a wide range of glasses frames that I was looking for. Today I was there with a pre-booked appointment and unfortunately I had a completely different experience. I've already bought a lot of glasses in my life and have never been treated as rude as I am today. The reason I bought my glasses was already laughed at. In between I was able to feel a bit of the service of the employee, but at the latest when I asked about the mirroring of the glasses and the amount to be paid, nothing was felt. I am sure that the employee noticed my displeasure with her behavior and, as a result, remained taciturn over the course of the event. Discussing reflections with a customer, initially not deducting discounts properly and then, in my opinion, not taking the reason for buying glasses seriously, cannot be customer service. It's a shame that I can no longer recommend this branch because of this employee.
