Auch beim späteren Kauf wurde sich sehr viel Zeit genommen um notwendige Schritte zu erklären. Diesen Service haben wir selten erlebt. Bei weiteren Geräten werden wir gerne wieder in den Shop kommen. Tolles Geschäft mit freundlicher Bedienung. Wegen Corona alles an der Tür erledigt, aber das ändert nichts am guten Eindruck. Dankeschön! Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da. I didn't know this store (to my shame) and only came across it while looking for a new iPhone for my wife. Great deal with friendly service. Everything done at the door because of Corona, but that doesn't change the good impression. Thank you very much! We were definitely not there for the last time.

Echt zu empfehlen! I took my Mac in for repairs and it was ready the next day. Really good service and nice customer support despite Corona times. Really recommended!

Der neue 24 Zöller sollte es werden. Damals durfte ich mit meinem alten Schätzchen vorbei kommen, es wurde in meinem Beisein geschaut was Sache ist und ob bzw. welche Daten übernommen werden können. Auch der Hinweis dass ein neues Office nötig ist und der alte Drucker ggf. nicht mehr funktioniert fehlte nicht. Ich war schwer beeindruckt und habe den Laden mit einem guten Gefühl verlassen. Nun wollte ich endlich zuschlagen und ein paar abschliessende Fragen klären, muss aber feststellen, dass zwischenzeitlich anscheinend das gesamte Team ausgetauscht wurde. Man trat mir wenig souverän und leicht überfordert gegenüber, so mein Eindruck. Schade. My impression was that people faced me with little confidence and a little overwhelmed. Too bad.

Bessere Information beim vorangegangenen Telefonat hätte mir den aufwendigen aber leider ergebnislosen Termin erspart. Heute, 3 Wochen später kam es zu einem klärenden Gespräch mit dem comspot Team. Zwischenzeitlich wurde mein Gewährleistungsauftrag korrekt abgewickelt. Mit dem Wissen, dass sich dort ein junges unerfahrenes Team mit Corona - bedingten Problemen herumschlagen muss, würde ich sagen, man muss den jungen Leuten eine Chance geben. Offene Kommunikation fördert in jedem Fall das Verständnis des Kunden, heute hat es funktioniert! My visit to comspot for warranty was disappointing. Better information during the previous phone call would have saved me the time-consuming but unfortunately fruitless appointment. Today, 3 weeks later, there was a clarifying discussion with the comspot team. In the meantime, my warranty order has been processed correctly. With the knowledge that a young, inexperienced team is having to deal with Corona-related problems, I would say that the young people have to be given a chance. In any case, open communication promotes the understanding of the customer, today it worked!
