Dieser "freundschaftliche und lässige" Umgang mit Kunden ist sehr unseriös. Außerdem wurden meine Ohrringe als "Affenschaukel" bezeichnet. Mehr als unkompetent und unseriös! Never again! I wanted simple glasses with brown frames. Among other things, I was selected Frame in white with glitter. This "friendly and casual" way of dealing with customers is very dubious. In addition, my earrings were called "monkey swing". More than incompetent and dubious!
B	Bärbel Voss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dauerkunde, weil alles passt! Hier hat man das Gefühl das es den Augenoptiker/innen; ihren Job Spaß macht und dem entsprechend auch die Leistung dieses Unternehmens. Ich bin immer wieder überrascht über die tollen Brillenfassungen und den damit verbundenen Ausdruck den iceoptic mir vorschlägt. Selbst hätte ich mir niemals solche Brillen aufgesetzt aber es sieht echt gut aus und ich bekomme viele positive Rückmeldungen. Der Sehtest ist sehr ausführlich und er ist definitiv individuell denn es wird auf Details acht gegeben z.B. wird auch in der dritten Dimension gemessen. Permanent customer, because everything fits! Here one has the feeling that it is the opticians; their job is fun and accordingly the performance of this company. I am always surprised by the great frames and the associated expression iceoptic suggests to me. Even I would never put on such glasses but it looks really good and I get a lot of positive feedback. The eye test is very detailed and it is definitely individual because details are given, e.g. is also measured in the third dimension.

Anschliessend habe ich mich auf den Weg gemacht und habe die Optiker in der Innenstadt aufgesucht und mich beraten lassen wollen. Bei ice Optik habe ich mich am wohlsten gefühlt, die Beratung war hervorragend obwohl ich eine andere Vorstellung von meiner neuen Brille hatte. Ich bereue aber keines falls mich auf die fachkompetente Beratung bei iceoptic eingelassen zu haben. Ich habe zwar mein gesetztes Buget leicht überschritten, aber für die positive Resonanz die ich für meine neue Brille bekomme, hat sich das jetzt schon gelohnt. Den Optiker kann ich nur Empfehlen wer Wert auf gutes Aussehen und natürlich gutes Sehen Wert legt. Iceoptic wirbt mit Designerbrillen zu fairen Preis. Dem kann ich absolut NICHT zustimmen. Mein Gestell (Ted Baker) fand ich nach dem Kauf wesentlich günstiger ( bis zu 220 Euro günstiger )im Internet. Da fühlt man sich leider etwas über Tisch gezogen. Top advice. It takes time. Glasses look good. one is made aware of racks that one would not have chosen for oneself. Iceoptic advertises designer eyewear at a fair price. I absolutely can NOT agree with that. My frame (Ted Baker) I found after buying much cheaper (up to 220 euros cheaper) on the Internet. Unfortunately, you feel a bit over the top.
