I was there between 18.00 and 19.00 and bought 10 capsules of amoxicilline. I found that I was charged 32 euro for these capsules. I called them. They said they can charge me extra because I came after 18.00.
First, I was not informed about extra charge at the counter. Otherwise I can come anotherday.
Second, as I checked, a box of 30 capsules is normally around 15 euro, which means I was charged 6 times as I should pay. A charge of double price for extra working time is already ridiculous and they are charging 6 times. By checking their website, I can't find any extra charge standard, which means they can charge whatever they want.
Thanks god, they only charged me 32 euro not 320 euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service, they talk to every client in average of 5-10 minutes. If I wanted chitchat I would go to my friends not in the pharmacy. Additionally I was waiting for them, for 10 minutes to find the medicine (electronically given to them by the doctor). Is there any manager to harmonize the procedures? Total waiting time with only 5 people in front of me and three open balies 40 minutes!!!!!!
