β β β β β Overall heel tevreden. Als je na werktijd komt is het er druk, overdag valt het mee. Meestal ben ik na +-15min echt wel weer weg. Sinds mijn herhaalrecepten in de kluis liggen, kan ik ze halen wanneer ik wil. Ik lees in een andere reactie dat het toetsenbord waarschijnlijk moeilijk is voor kleine mensen, ik heb daar persoonlijk geen problemen mee en ben zeker niet groot.
Telefonisch moet je soms even twee keer bellen en als je iets (heel) snel geregeld wilt, moet je daar achteraan. Maar overall kan ik mijn medicatie binnen 24u ophalen zonder belletjes of problemen.
 Overall very satisfied. If you come after working hours it is busy, during the day it is not too bad. I am usually gone after about 15 minutes. Since my repeat prescriptions are in the safe, I can get them whenever I want. I read in another comment that the keyboard is probably hard for small people, I personally have no problem with that and I am certainly not big.
By phone you sometimes have to call twice and if you want something (very) quickly arranged, you have to follow up. But overall I can pick up my medication within 24 hours without calls or problems.

β β β β β Terrible service. Impossible to reach by phone, unfriendly and rude doctor.. Had 4 concerns but I was allowed to explain just 2. If you're in need, or have an emergency they don't make exceptions.

β β β β β It seems that all pharmacies in the area are poorly rated, not just this one. In my experience, Hoendiep pharmacists have always been friendly and the collection booth outside is very handy for picking up medications. I've only experienced a long wait once and have been going there about 2 years. I feel that the poor reviews are a bit unwarranted.

β β β β β Excellent pharmacy, I don't get the negative reviews. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fast communication between doctor and pharmacy, I could collect my medication thirty minutes after my doctor's appointment. They have an automatic 24/7 dispenser outside the building, very practical.
