★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij deze apotheek moet je vaak erg lang wachten. Niet klantgericht. Bij ieder commercieel bedrijf in het MKB zal door een leidinggevende dit langzame helpen van de klanten niet geaccepteerd worden.
Nu er erg vaak bijbetaald moet worden voor medicijnen, stel ik voor klantgerichter/efficiënter te gaan werken.
