J	John-Pierre Cornelissen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is geen hotel, het zijn appartementen die tegenwoordig bij hotel Parkzicht horen. Het appartement was prima maar de ervaring vooraf niet. Ik had geboekt via Expedia, bij check-in info stond niet dat dat een paar honderd meter verderop in het hotel moest. Dat zie je pas als je voor de deur staat nadat je met veel moeite een parkeerplaats hebt gevonden. Er zat ook gratis ontbijt in mijn Expedia reservering, maar bij aankomst wist men dat niet. Ontbijt in het hotel was erg goed en uitgebreid met uitzondering van de koffie. Er stond maar 1 automaat met een permanente rij van minimaal 5 mensen om koffie te halen. Het duurt een minuut per kopje, iedereen neemt 2 kopjes dus je staat al gauw 10 minuten in de rij. Dat is niet echt gezellig samen ontbijten. This is not a hotel, they are apartments that nowadays belong to hotel Parkzicht. The apartment was fine but the experience beforehand was not. I had booked through Expedia, at check-in info did not state that it had to be a few hundred meters away at the hotel. You only see this when you are at the door after you have found a parking space with great difficulty. There was also free breakfast in my Expedia reservation, but they didn't know that on arrival. Breakfast at the hotel was very good and extensive with the exception of the coffee. There was only 1 machine with a permanent line of at least 5 people to get coffee. It takes one minute per cup, everyone takes 2 cups so you will soon be in line for 10 minutes. That is not really a nice breakfast together.
B	Bharetie Dhorai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omdat je op elk kamerappartement even leuk en toch steeds anders charmant zit, want altijd prettig ingericht, voorzien van al je noden, om gewoon eens te verblijven in het mooie authentieke en het warme comfort van vroeger toen bouwen met het hart als vanzelfsprekend centraal stond; omdat je rustig gelegen zit, zowel dicht bij het diverse groen als vlakbij het centrum, en niet onbelangrijk omdat je mag meegenieten van al de (extra) faciliteiten van het hotel, waar ook niet wordt nagelaten je even gastvrij te onthalen. Because you are just as nice in each room apartment and yet always charming, because always nicely furnished, equipped with all your needs, just to stay once in the beautiful authentic and warm comfort of the past when building with the heart was naturally central; because you are in a quiet location, both close to the various green areas and close to the center, and not unimportant because you can enjoy all of the (extra) facilities of the hotel, which also do not fail to welcome you equally hospitably.
J	Janny Berflo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te veel problemen om in te checken. Het appartement was op nummer 34. Inchecken was 200m verder in het hotel. Daar aangekomen nog een pad 50mtr omhoog. Wegens beveiligingsredenen alles op slot dus aanbellen.bij de 2e keer aanbellen (u moet hard tegen de deur drukken) ,en ja hij ging open. Binnen was een lege receptiebalie. Dus de trap (dat werd ook meegedeeld ) En daar was de de receptie wel met twee vriendelijke dames die heel goed hielpen en super advies gaven. Wel een mooi appartement goede bedden Keurig netjes schoon en goed Too many problems to check in. The apartment was at number 34. Check-in was 200 meters away at the hotel. Arrived there another path 50 meters up. For security reasons everything locked so ring the bell. Call the second time (you have to press hard against the door), and yes it opened. Inside was an empty reception desk. So the stairs (that was also announced) And there was the reception with two friendly ladies who helped very well and gave great advice. F	Franc Winter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pluspunten · Het hotel is gunstig gelegen; op 2 min. lopen van de gezellige restaurantjes, maar toch 'rustig' gelegen. De belangrijkste "attracties" van Valkenburg zijn op loopafstand. Minpunten · Het appartement is oud, heel oud. Diverse zaken zijn kapot. Ik durfde amper op blote voeten te lopen op het oude vieze tapijt of te gaan zitten op de afgeleefde bank. Het hele appartement voelde oud en vies aan en rook erg muf. Brrrr. Het balkon oogt zelfs onveilig; ik heb mijn zoon verboden op het balkon te komen. Gelukkig was het bed schoon, maar echt prettig en comfortabel heb ik niet gelegen. En dat gold ook voor de rest van mijn gezelschap. Het hotel gaf aan momenteel met een renovatieplan bezig. Ik vraag mij dan af waarom bij een boeking dan niet wordt medegedeeld dat het appartement grondig gerenoveerd gaat worden en dat prijs hierop wordt aangepast; de prijs van (ruim) over de euro 150,- per nacht is het gewoon niet waard. NIET BOEKEN. De foto's komen absoluut niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het buitenzwembad is volgens mij al jaren niet gebruikt, maar is in iedere geval dit door COVID-19. Op een mail naar het hotel wordt niet gereageerd. Pros · The hotel is conveniently located; 2 minutes walk from the cozy restaurants, but still 'quiet'. The most important Valkenburg's "attractions" are within walking distance. Negatives · The apartment is old, very old. Several things are broken. I hardly dared to walk barefoot on the old dirty carpet or sit on the decrepit sofa. The whole apartment felt old and dirty and smelled very musty. Brrrr. The balcony even looks unsafe; I have forbidden my son to come on the balcony. Fortunately, the bed was clean, but I was not really comfortable and comfortable. And so did the rest of my party. The hotel indicated that it is currently working on a renovation plan. I then wonder why it is not stated when booking that the apartment will be thoroughly renovated and that the price will be adjusted accordingly; the price of (well) over EUR 150 per night is simply not worth it. DO NOT BOOK. The photos do not correspond to reality. I don't think the outdoor pool has been used for years, but at least this is because of COVID-19. There is no response to an email to the hotel.

Afzuiging douche werkt niet. Vloerbedekking is smerig, tv slecht ontvangst. Geen protocol vluchtroute op binnenkant deur. Op balkon is vlucht mogelijkheid maar niet aangegeven. Handdoek wissel moet je naar vragen om nieuw te krijgen. Onder wastafel ook iets stuk roest verwarming. Kan geen gebruik maken van zwembad. Betaald parkeerplaats van hotel erg ver weg van appartement. Leaks in the ceiling of the bedroom with spider web, balcony after cleaning the balcony above with water 2 days of leakage in our balcony with mold. Extractor hood is broken. Suction shower does not work. Floor covering is filthy, TV poor reception. No escape route protocol on the inside of the door. Escape is possible on the balcony, but not indicated. Towel change you have to ask to get new. Under the sink also a piece of rust heating. Can't use pool. Paid parking lot of hotel very far away from apartment.

T	Ta Roc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is very confortable. It's an old building but the decoration is very nice. Milou, the receptionist is very helpful and lovely. Valkenburg is a nice city to visit. This hotel helps you to live a good experience. 100% recommendable.
