The foods are very fresh, varied, delicious, well balanced and provide us a rich and very well balanced diet. The delivery system is perfect, extremely friendly and counting with a flexible team, always ready to help us. I already tried the Fit Balance diet and this week Fit Vegetarian diet, which since the first day promises to reveal many flavors. My congratulations to the Fit Diet team, you are doing a great job! The delivery is always done in convenient times in the evening and every meal is nicely packed for easy transportation. What is the best part is that the meals are nutritious and full of flavour! The quality of the meals is excellent! I also received a nice menu print out so I could see how the meals were made and their caloric content. I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend it for people who want to control their calories intake by maintaining a nutritious diet. I tried a couple of companies providing a similar service back when I was living in Poland and this one is by far the tastiest and professional. You can be sure you will receive really good meals every day, it's like having a personal chef so well worth the money. They usually as well give you the number of calories and the macros for each meals on stickers so it's easy to swap them around depending when in the day you need more calories or less. Felicitation to the FitDiet Catering team and keep up the good work!

The variety of food is second to none. It comes with different types of ingredients as well, so you don't taste the same taste over and over again. It is also not strictly food, depending on the the program they also include smoothies sometimes. The labels on the packaging is also clear, it explains what the content of the food is, when to eat it and also the nutritional facts along with potential allergens. The delivery is also always on time! Overall, I highly recommend fit diet!
