Ze hebben ons goed geadviseerd over de timing van de verkoop van de woning (wanneer op de markt te brengen) en hebben ons veel zorgen uit handen genomen (bv. verkoopklaar maken van de woning). De werkwijze van Area is no nonsense en verder waren ze altijd goed bereikbaar (per whatsapp, mail en telefoon), zowel binnen als buiten kantooruren. Het team van Area heeft van het verkopen van onze woning echt iets bijzonders gemaakt met een maximaal resultaat.
 We have very good experiences with Area. It is a small and very committed team. They have advised us well on the timing of the sale of the property (when to put it on the market) and have relieved us of many concerns (eg preparing the property for sale). Area's working method is no nonsense and they were always easily accessible (by whatsapp, email and telephone), both within and outside office hours. The Area team has turned selling our home into something really special with maximum results.
