★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn echtgenoot kreeg de oproep voor de griepvaccinatie. Echter de dag waarop geprikt wordt, moet hij werken. Hij draait diensten van 24 uur. In de brief staat in geval dat je verhinderd bent je contact op moet nemen. De assistente liet hem weten dat er geen andere afspraak gemaakt kan worden. Alleen kunnen mensen die op vakantie zijn, met het bewijs dat ze op vakantie waren, op een andere dag komen. Heel vreemd dat je wel gevaccineerd kan worden als je op vakantie was maar niet als je 24 uurs diensten draait.
 My husband got the call for the flu vaccination. However, the day on which the injection is taken, he has to work. He works 24 hour shifts. The letter states that you must contact us if you are unable to attend. The assistant informed him that no other appointment can be made. Only people who are on vacation, with proof that they were on vacation, can come on another day. Very strange that you can be vaccinated if you were on vacation but not if you work 24 hour shifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Terrible Terrible! Don't come here if you are sick! Extreme long waiting times and staff unwilling to help and understand that you are sick. It happened already twice to us. The one time we were with the sick baby, waiting 90 minutes!!! Can you imagine waiting 90 minutes with a sick baby which wants to be fed and sleep? The don't care if you have a sick baby with you. They just DON'T CARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited my GP on 20.01.2020. It was not a good experience. I think the doctor's technical knowledge is okay but the management is not good.
I had an appointment at 14:40. I have been there at 14:36 and made myself known to the information desk immediately. They told me to wait in the waiting area until the doctor calls my name. After 35 minutes of waiting, I asked to the secretary that what is wrong. She surprised and told me "you will be the next patience". Later on, she came to me and said that there was an emergency case that's why I needed to wait. As far as I observed there was nothing but a fight with another patience and the doctor has just accepted that patient who was shouting around.
In short, I had to wait 45 minutes extra for my appointment. They did not me inform properly if I need to wait, or did not even apology neither by secretaries or the doctor herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make an appointment and they refused me. Suggested I go to my doctor in Utrecht.
Now imagine, I recently moved from Urrecht to delft and feel excruciating pain... call them and they tell me “go to Utrecht!”
Then I called my doctor in Utrecht who says “this is ridiculous. They can always have you as a “passant”. Call another practice and explain, they won’t refuse help or suggest you in pain to go to utrecht to seek help.”
So I did call other place. They did accept me as a “passant” and then I had a proper diagnosis, now medicated.
If you seek assistance , don’t reach out to this place. Not helpful assistant, to say the least.
