A	Arjan Filius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er is geautomatiseerd, maar betekend eigelijk alleen dat je nu 1 1/2 dag moet wachten voordat je “recept” klaar is. Als je “te vroeg” (na 24h) langs komt wordt je gewoon terug gestuurd (ook al is het niet druk): “te veel werk”, wat nogal arrogant, lui , klantonvriendelijk en onbeleefd overkomt . Laten jou gewoon 2x lopen, en min of meer dwingen om op druk moment terug te komen. ‘K hen niet de indruk dat ze altijd beseffen wie hun klant is (zeker niet de mensen die hun medicijnen komen ophalen/kopen. There is automated, but actually only means that you now have to wait 1 1/2 day before your "recipe" is ready. If you come "too early" (after 24h) you will just be sent back (even if it is not busy): "too much work", which seems rather arrogant, lazy, customer-unfriendly and rude. Just let you walk twice, and more or less force you to come back at a busy moment. "Do not give them the impression that they always realize who their customer is (certainly not the people who come to collect / buy their medicines.
K	Kaya Sertkaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kreeg zojuist een telefoontje van een medewerkster dat een middel niet werd vergoed vanuit de zorgverzekering en als alternatief heeft ze een ander middel zonder merk geadviseerd voor mij. In tussentijds heb ik op medicijnkosten.nl gekeken en ook gebeld met de zorgverzekering en kwam ik er achter dat de middel toch 100% wordt vergoed uit de basisverzekering. Deze apotheek denkt dus alleen aan geld, omdat op een ander middel vast meer valt te verdienen. Dus het wordt niet de afweging gemaakt of dat middel noodzakelijk is voor de patiënt. I just received a phone call from an employee that a drug was not reimbursed from the health insurance and as an alternative she recommended another non-branded drug for me. In the meantime, I looked at medicinekosten.nl and also called the health insurance and found out that the drug is still 100% reimbursed from the basic insurance. This pharmacy therefore only thinks about money, because there is probably more to be earned on another means. So it is not considered whether that drug is necessary for the patient.
M	Manijeh Khandai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee keer recepten van huisarts geweigerd te geven. Elke keer maar kleine hoeveelheid ontvangen, terwijl huisarts veel meer had voorgeschreven. Vervolgens voor de tweede keer gekomen bij de apotheek, nadat de eerste kleine hoeveelheid op was. Wéér contact gehad met huisarts, opnieuw akkoord gegeven. Bij de apotheek aangekomen, werd OPNIEUW geweigerd mijn voorgeschreven medicijnen mee te geven. Mij daar 40 minuten lang met hevige pijn laten wachten, terwijl de huisarts duidelijk instructies had meegegeven de bestelling bij mij thuis te bezorgen. Bij de tweede keer, na 40 minuten wachten, ging medewerker overleggen met huisarts, omdat ze mij maar niet geloofde. Vervolgens komt ze terug, zonder enige vorm van excuses krijg ik "huisarts gaat akkoord" te horen. Hier krijg je niets anders dan een grote mond, brutaliteit en onduidelijkheid! WEIGEREN DOOR DE HUISARTS VOORGESCHREVEN MEDICIJNEN MEE TE GEVEN EN LATEN JE 40 MINUTENLANG WACHTEN MET PIJN. VERVOLGENS GEEN ENKELE VORM VAN EXCUSES. SCHANDE. Refused to give prescriptions from GP twice. Only received a small amount each time, while GP had prescribed much more. Then came to the pharmacy for the second time, after the first small amount was used up. Again had contact with GP, again approved. When I arrived at the pharmacy, AGAIN refused to give my prescription medication. Made me wait there for 40 minutes in severe pain, while the doctor had clearly given instructions to deliver the order to my home. The second time, after waiting 40 minutes, the employee went to consult with the doctor, because she just didn't believe me. Then she comes back, without any form of apology I get to hear "doctor agrees". Here you get nothing but a big mouth, rudeness and obscurity! REFUSE TO GIVE PRESCRIBED MEDICINES AND MAKE YOU WAIT FOR 40 MINUTES WITH PAIN. THEREFORE NO FORM OF EXCUSES OF ANY KIND. SHAME.

Y	Yazoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze medewerkers denken het beter te weten dan de artsen en volgen niet de voorgeschreven recepten. Nou ... Dan had je toch echt een andere opleiding moeten volgen. These employees think they know better than the doctors and do not follow the prescribed prescriptions. Well ... Then you really should have followed a different course.
H	Hellotjes Mellowtjes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom hier al bijna 15 jaar en ontvang steeds de beste service! Ik spreek bijna altijd met Lisa en zij is super lief en wilt je altijd graag helpen! En Merve is ook heel erg aardig en wilt er altijd zeker van zijn dat je alles krijgt waar je naar opzoek was. De goede service en lieve mensen zijn de reden waarom ik hier altijd zal komen, er is geen andere apotheek zo goed als deze. I have been coming here for almost 15 years and always receive the best service! I almost always speak to Lisa and she is super sweet and always eager to help! And Merve is also very very nice and always wants to make sure you get everything you were looking for. The good service and lovely people are the reason why I will always come here, there is no other pharmacy as good as this one.

I tell them that paracetamol is a painkiller and not an antiseptic. So the lady asks her boss and comes back with little bags with a solution for mouth wash containing ... paracetamol!!!!
