★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne schoenen, waardeloze klantenserive. Nummers niet bereikbaar. geen reactie op een online bestelling wat niet goed gaat. Lokale winkel geeft zelfs advies om niet online te bestellen omdat dit nogal vaak fout gaat.
Waardeloze klantbeleving.
 Nice shoes, lousy customer service. Numbers not available. no response to an online order that is not going well. Local store even advises not to order online because this often goes wrong.
Lousy customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auch bei mir: keine Beantwortung von Mails, große Probleme bei Gutschrift von Rücksendung. Ich denke dass ich das über die Kreditkarte zurück buchen lassen muss. Ich rate dringend davon ab hier zu bestelle, zumal man sich auf die Größen auch nicht verlassen kann. 1 Stern ist hier zuviel. Wenn man die anderen Bewertungen ließt, haben die wohl Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens geschrieben die ihr schöne Büro und das architektonisch gelungene Gebäude beschreiben. So kann man auch an 5* Bewertungen kommen.
also for me: no answering mails, big problems with crediting the return. I think I have to have this booked back on my credit card. I strongly advise against ordering from here, especially since you cannot rely on the sizes. 1 star is too much here. If you read the other reviews, the company's employees probably wrote who describe their beautiful office and the architecturally successful building. So you can get 5 * ratings.

Asics is waarschijnlijk failliet of iets dergelijks.
Wanneer je iets besteld wordt alleen het geld afgeschreven, maar je krijgt geen bevestiging in je mail en als je belt of mailt antwoorden ze niet.
Er staan meerdere berichten online dat mensen het geld kwijt zijn.

When you order something, only the money is debited, but you will not receive a confirmation in your e-mail and if you call or e-mail they do not answer.
There are several reports online that people have lost the money.

I ordered 29th Nov to avoid the 'Christmas rush' and still don't have the parcel (11th Dec).
I contacted your email customer service to ask re the whereabouts of my parcel, no reply. Tried calling today, no reply.
You are using DPD, who have messed up my delivery address by ignoring my postcode. They sent an email saying the parcel would be there on 5th Dec- nothing. No reply to my email from 5 days ago to them to ask where the parcel was.
Then I get a text today that the parcel worth several hundreds of Euro will be delivered, finally - but I see they changed my address to the wrong one. Wanted to contact to correct, but online service does not allow me to do so. Took 45 mins to contact their chat, in which they eventually fobbed me off, saying it was an export parcel (UK is still in the EU, right?) and they could not help me.
ASICS, I recommend you work on your own CS and change your delivery service.
