★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened Star Alliance lounge at Schiphol Airport. Modern design, quiet (on a Saturday though) and great coffee. Different areas for who wants to work, who wants some silence and for people who like to be surrounded by people at the large table at the back. All in all one of the best lounges at Schiphol Airport at the moment, although the buffet doesn't provide that much choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lounge of star alliance . I am elite plus from Turkish Airlines and l fly business. This is so bad compared to others. Cheap wine with bad quality, very bad service indeed. Sometimes a plate and and glass stays on a table an hour unless a Client takes it away to clean the table. SA , take action....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelers beware!!! If you are United Premier Gold on an international flight you will NOT get access to this lounge or any lounge in the Schiphol airport. United choose to only subcontract with this lounge for business class passengers. I've been a dedicated United/Star Alliance member for 20 years and this is the first time I've ever experienced this at an international airport. Disappointing to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great lounge, quiet and high quality food and drinks. Plates and cutlery are a bit hidden in the right galley, restrooms are at the back, departure board is in the entrance. Note that lounge is further upstairs from KLM lounge following signs to departure area D. Signs in airport point to numbers for the lounges only.
