O	Ole Sandner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The KLM Crown lounges have had an overhaul. So has the food and the staff attitude. Everything is now “vegetarian” and carefully NOT fried in oil and butter is miles away. Because it is bad says the woke staff when asking for Ketchup to swallow the hollow taste and dry potatoes and dry sponge champignons. The woke male staff even arrogantly lectured me that “everything is healthy now”. To which I say PUKE - and tasteless. And I say that as a 10 year Platinum Sky Priority member loyal to KLM beyond imagination. I AM SORRY I LEFT THIS UNTASTY POOR DISH UNTOUCHED - so you got what you fear even more than - non vegetarian - you got food waste ? I will be more selective about how I use the Crown Lounge going forward.
O	Oscar Garvin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice, it is €50 to get in, but you do get a free salad bar with some pasta and also soup and coffee, other drinks etc. There is a plethora of seating options and power outlets/wifi, however I missed a rest area maybe for those wanting to take a nap. I also found the temperature to be a little cold (my body felt cold even while wearing hoodie, while trying to sleep in a chair).

S	Santiago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I'd say the Dutch are known for being rational, logical, well thought out, and even forward thinking; however this is not the case for the way KLM manages their lounges. In my life, would I have imagined someone, anyone, refuse me entrance to a VIP airline lounge because I had a sandwich and blueberry muffin which were bought from a humble establishment outside of the lounge. I suppose being a loyal passenger of the airlines, up to the point where you reach platinum, doesn't grant you permission from eating a sandwich and blueberry muffin in one of their lounges, where they only have, and I hate to write this, gas inducing food with bland taste. When I asked the lovely ladies at the reception as to why I couldn't eat my sandwich and blueberry muffin inside, they said you don't bring food inside a restaurant... As. If. This. Is. A. Restaurant. It's free. I've earned it after overpaying multiple times on airfare tickets just keep this 'status' within the airline. The food inside is literally, and I mean it, FREE. When I told them that, they sharply pointed at a list of rules on the wall, which I'm sure they just brainlessly follow and don't even question the motives behind them. When I pressed as to 'why' they simply stated, "...it's the rules." As if that is sufficient. And, unfortunately as many things in life, that IS sufficient for most. Take what you want out of my anecdote, but for me, I know I'll sneak in my sandwich and blueberry muffin next time.

N	Nick Goddard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible from what it used to be, bar was full of empty bottles, food was terrible unless you’re just out of a weeklong fast, smoking lounge is closed. I told 3 staff members and got shrugged shoulders saying “we are out of everything and this is all we have.” Shameful for what we pay for business class tickets, switching to Lufthansa.
