★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cars are nice of course, but the service can be better. Just takes a little too long in my opinion before your car is taken in for service. Even though you have an appointment at the beginning of the day. Why not have a fastlane for people who don't need details, just need to give their car for service and collect it at the end of the day..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever such a shame for Audi!
I Scheduled online an appointment to service my car 31st Dec at 2.00 pm I also booked a replacement car so i can leave mine and to get another while my car is been serviced, after couple of days i got a phone call from an employee to tell me that if i choose the appointment at 2pm on the same day i will need to leave the car and to go and get it after 4-5 hours or maybe 2 days later which i already told her that i have a car booked which is okay, but she told me that there is an available appointment at 1pm the same day (1hour earlier) and if i choose that i can wait for the car and that it will take only 1 hour to service the car so i dont need to leave the place and to come back again to pick up my car, which i was okay with that as well.
I arrived 25 min earlier to the appointment at 1pm when i left the car the guy who took my keys told me the car will be done in about 2 hours, i told him that i already changed my appointment so i won't wait long time for the car, and i asked them to give me a replacement car to go back to work and will come back later to collect my cAr, but there was no cars available!!!
At the end i have been waiting for 4 f***ing ing hours to get my car serviced!!!
Such a shame on Audi, you should provide a better service for your customers!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to do a test drive with one of the cars. I was told that the both of the responsible people are busy now and I should call later if they don't call me. They didn't call whole day. I got my lesson and removed Audi option from my list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer experience. My car failed during a business trip, they showed no responsibility or empathy when my employee showed up to get the car fixed. It took my employee almost 10 hours to get a rental – at another service station. Later, we got charged 400+ EUR for a analysis, a testride and some phonecalls. Luckily, it was covered by insurance/waranty of AUDI A6 ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wasted time twice. First time it turned out the requested car has a flat tyre, and they have no spare tyre to replace it (sounds almost as a joke at Authorised Dealer). The next day, our EU (yet non-Dutch) driving licence is not accepted by the staff, which is not even trying to find a workaround. Competition e.g BMW and Volvo have no problems with EU licences, Audi does. Sales man seemed surprised we do not want to continue our tour with him, as if we were buying shoes not a car (just imagine buying a car without a chance to ever test drive it with Audi due to licence). Hilarious moments and big disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very nice experience with this center - a big shout out to Ronald especially, who was both very professional in the process as well has genuinely helped by going the extra mile to work our lease application smoothly. He was very clear and knowledgeable, which made the time we had in the centrum an easy & relaxed one while making a choice. After the day he also kept a constant communication with me - so far quite happy with their approach and work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loyal client of ACA since my father had both his Audi 200 quattro and 90 serviced here back in the 90s. Solid Service with a capital S. Also a great place to wander in between the latest 'Vorsprung durch Technik' or quietly work and have a good coffee, while ACA takes good care of our cars. Sr. sales Wilco and Audi Pro Floris come, together with their team, highly recommended.
