M	Minou Spits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allen die een mooie review hebben geschreven ten spijt, maar dit bedrijf heeft geen kaas gegeten van klantvriendelijkheid EN van reparaties! Een Audio Research versterker in 2018 ter reparatie aangeboden, heeft inmiddels al 3x het ritje naar Elst gemaakt, is 3x niet of zogenaamd gerepareerd in totaal voor ongeveer € 800. De versterker is 2018 aangeboden, 3x ter reparatie geweest en heeft de laatste keer 6 MAANDEN daar gestaan zonder dat er iets is gebeurd omdat er zogenaamd een onderdeel (dat uiteindelijk niet is vervangen) vanwege corona lang op zich liet wachten. We spreken inmiddels over 2021! Conclusie Wordt niet of niet adequate gereageerd op klacht. Reparaties worden niet uitgevoerd, apparaat wordt gegijzeld als je een klacht indient. 1 ster is er nog teveel voor dit bedrijf dat met leugens en te dure nep reparaties klanten besodemieterd. Inmiddels via iemand anders de volumeknop vervangen (die zogenaamd vervangen was) en wat andere werkzaamheden en.... Kosten € 50 Despite all those who have written a nice review, but this company has not eaten cheese of customer friendliness AND repairs! An Audio Research amplifier offered for repair in 2018, has already made the trip to Elst 3x, has not been repaired or has been allegedly repaired 3x for a total of about € 800. The amplifier was offered in 2018, it was repaired 3x and the last time it stood there for 6 MONTHS without anything happening because a part (that was ultimately not replaced) was long in coming due to corona. We are now talking about 2021! Conclusion No or inadequate response to complaint. Repairs will not be made, device will be held hostage if you file a complaint. 1 star is still too much for this company that bugs customers with lies and overpriced fake repairs. Replaced the volume button via someone else (which was supposedly replaced) and some other work and .... Cost € 50

h	heine gerretsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Just wanted to know a value of a certain capacitor of a Paradigm speaker, so that i could do a repair. I was happy to pay for any manpower cost of looking it up. They refused to give it on the basis of their said policy. They do repair, nobody else :(. I did not need a scheme, just the value of one single capacitor. How much harm can that do to them commercially? Indeed NOTHING. Very, very poor service!!!
V	Vlad Hans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastrous repair which took months to complete. Quite expensive unit came back from repair producing huge noise that was absolutely inexistant before repair. They refused to admit any responsibility and rudely interrupted any conversation.

Either the manufacturer took five weeks to reply, or they took five weeks to write to the manufacturer. Then around six weeks for a soak test which revealed nothing. The amp came back and was misbehaving in a couple of days. Since they're the EU agents it has to go back to them again. If they did their job properly this wouldn't be necessary. The manufacturer has more confidence in their abilities than I do.
