Когда сам в этом варишься, к сожалению, не всегда можно адекватно воспринимать действительность, особенно, если находишься в другой стране и рядом нет близких людей. Вот тогда для этого и нужны подобные консультации, и счастье если попадаешь к профессионалу своего дела. Проблемы нужно разбирать со специалистами, раньше, к сожалению, я это не брала в расчет, но когда мы болеем идем же к доктору. Душа нуждается в не меньшей заботе, т.к. от здорового психологического состояния зависит и физическое.
