Afgelopen maand heb ik samen met Rick Geurts mijn eerste autootje uitgezocht. Ik had ongeveer 3 maanden voor mijn auto-examen contact opgezocht met Rick om te laten weten dat ik opzoek was naar een compact en betrouwbare auto. Zodra er iets nieuws binnen was gekomen liet hij het gelijk weten! Uiteindelijk een proefrit gemaakt met een Nissan Micra toen ik mijn rijbewijs had gehaald :) Uiteindelijk gekocht voor een hele mooie prijs en nu heel veel plezier van! In februari van dit jaar hebben wij hier onze nieuwe Nissan Qashqai opgehaald. Bij binnenkomt netjes begroet waarbij koffie of thee gelijk werd aangeboden. Alles werd netjes uitgelegd tijden aflevering waardoor je voorbereid de weg op gaat met je nieuwe auto.

Staff is friendly, personable but is overloaded. There is a general car industry 'late adoption to reality' feel, not specific to this place but this is where I went. In summary, it's quite simple and an industry problem: they sell cars like it's 1999. I fill in a private lease calculator on the central Nissan site. Had to provide details, so was pointed here. Had been there before on my own but it bounced with delays and uncertainty on choice. Now I came to sign. Made a test drive after it was postponed. Took the day off, was called 3 hours in advance. 1999 style, inside out view instead of understanding the customer. Calculation on location was 20% over what was emailed. What email? Sent it through, got a new offer, still not in line with online calculator. Apparently every dealer does whatever they feel like. The main Bochane site states to get in touch with management if things go wrong. Did that. Was told I would be contacted soon by local management. Sales person I met later that can't help the understaffing problem recieved that mail and was embarressed while she does her best. Never heard from the manager. Requested to come back with best offer while I request an offer in multiple places as apparently every dealer can do whatever. Never heard back. Emailed director about never hearing back on my first experience. You guessed it: no response. Long long story short, this business lives 20 years in the past and does not at all care about the customer. I'm sure it's a fine place for the day to day dinosaur. Anything else... RUN!!!
