★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een klantvriendelijk bedrijf waar de eigenaar zelf aan je auto sleutelt en sociaal contact hoog in het vaandel staat. Kennis van zaken, normale prijzen en snelle service. Hier ben je geen nummer maar een welkome klant die van diensten gebruik maakt. Ook zaterdags open. Wel zo gemakkelijk.
A customer-friendly company where the owner works on your car and social contact is of paramount importance. Know-how, normal prices and fast service. Here you are not a number but a welcome customer who uses services. Also open on Saturdays. Very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prettige en kundige garage. Kom er al jaren met mijn auto. Goede communicatie, kan er altijd snel terecht en voor een eerlijke prijs. Ondanks dat er voldoende autobedrijven in de buurt zijn, rijd ik graag 15km verder om mijn auto bij Rijpma te brengen.
Pleasant and skilled garage. Have been coming with my car for years. Good communication, can always go there quickly and for a fair price. Although there are enough car companies in the area, I like to drive 15 km further to bring my car to Rijpma.

I called again in case it was a mistake, they picked up and this time they said they only spoke Friesian and hung up as I tried to reply in Dutch.
Extremely unprofessional.
