★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde von meinem KFZ-Mechaniker zu Fett und Wirtz geschickt, weil mein Shift-Lock bei meinem MINI kaputt war und diese Sache eventuell durch ein klein wenig Kulanz von BMW vielleicht finanziell nicht so schmerzhaft sein wird.
Ich hatte keine wirklichen Hoffnungen, da mein Mann von Fett und Wirtz (Wesel,Moers) fürchterliche Erfahrungen machen musste. Ob es …nicht abgesprochene Arbeiten waren oder unfreundlicher Umgang mit dem Kunden waren alles dabei.
Hier in Geldern…
Vom ersten Kundenkontakt der netten Frauen an der Anmeldung bis zum Mechaniker Gespräch…alles rundum perfekt.
Ein besonderes Lob an Herr Welbers von der Werkstatt, er hat sich um meine Reparatur gekümmert. Er wirkt sehr kompetent und ohne Chi chi.
Letztendlich habe ich nur einen minimalen Arbeitslohn bezahlt , da ich noch Kulanz Ansprüche annehmen durfte.
Ich danke dem ganzen Team mit dem ich in Kontakt treten durfte.
 I was sent to Fett und Wirtz by my mechanic because my shift lock on my MINI was broken and this matter might not be so painful financially with a little goodwill from BMW.
I had no real hopes because my husband von Fett und Wirtz (Wesel, Moers) had terrible experiences. Whether it was ... work that had not been agreed upon or the unfriendly treatment of the customer, everything was included.
Here in Geldern ...
From the first customer contact of the nice women at the registration to the mechanic talk ... everything is perfect all round.
Special compliments to Mr. Welbers from the workshop, he took care of my repairs. He seems very competent and without chi chi.
Ultimately, I only paid a minimal wage because I was still allowed to accept goodwill claims.
I thank the whole team with whom I was allowed to get in contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem telefonisch eine Probefahrt vereinbart wurde hat man mich am Empfang freundlich begrüßt und mir wurde für die kurze Wartezeit ein Getränk angeboten. Nachdem Herr Tirbakis mir das Fahrzeug gezeigt hat, hatte ich genug Zeit das Fahrzeug ausführlich zu testen.
Auch den Verkauf hat Herr Tirbakis übernommen, er macht seinen Job wirklich gut und hat sich auch nach dem Verkauf noch erkundigt, ob ich mit dem neuen Auto zufrieden bin.
Service und Beratung waren top, ich komme gerne wieder.
After a test drive was arranged by phone, I was greeted warmly at reception and I was offered a drink for the short wait. After Mr. Tirbakis showed me the vehicle, I had enough time to test the vehicle extensively.
Mr. Tirbakis also took over the sales, he does his job really well and even after the sale asked if I was satisfied with the new car.
Service and advice were great, I'd love to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl ich nur einen Werkstatt Termin aufgrund einer Rückrufaktion hatte, also kein Kaufinteressent war, wurde ich freundlich und professionell empfangen. Da ich warten wollte, wurde mir promt ein Getränk angeboten. Während meines einstündigen Aufenthaltes wurde ich mehrmals gefragt, ob mir schon geholfen wird. Top! Großes Angebot an Fahrzeugen vor Ort, es gab viel zu sehen. Empfehlenswert!

Specially my contact person from car shop Mr Cassian Berns-Jimenez was really professional and friendly. And most important thing, that car what I bought (only seen pictures and specifications before) was absolutely fantastic !!
