★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beratung war jetzt nicht so von Erfolg gekrönt. Wollten sich eigentlich nochmal zurück melden wegen Angebot, aber nie passiert. Auto könnte auf keinen Fall unter 17.250€ verkauft werden. Zwei Tage später wurde es online für 16.950€ angepriesen. Da hat man natürlich keine Lust mehr nochmals vorstellig zu werden.
 Consulting was now not so successful. Actually wanted to get back to you again about an offer, but never happened. There is no way that car could be sold for less than € 17,250. Two days later, it was touted online for € 16,950. Of course you don't feel like going back to the office again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor etwa 2 Monaten einen Mazda 6 Sportsline Plus als Jahreswagen gekauft.
Ich möchte den Verkäufer Herrn Tim Menne namentlich lobend erwähnen. Ich war in allen 3 Schickers Fillialen und war erst sehr enttäucht. In der ersten Filliale stellte man sich wegen 250€ (begründeten) Preisnachlass quer, in der anderen geriet ich an einen völlig lustlosen Verkäufer, der dann auch nichtmal die Hälfte für meinen alten Wagen geben wollte.
Als ich in Xanten als letzte Station ankam, stach der Tim erfreulich positiv heraus. Ein sehr normaler, sympathischer, hilfbereiter und fairer junger Verkäufer.
Dort habe ich dann mein Auto gekauft. Klare Empfehlung.
Ein Telefonat mit einem Werkstattmitarbeiter (leichten osteuropäischen Akzent, Name ist mir leider entfallen) blieb mir auch sehr postiv in Erinnerung. Dieser war auch super sympatisch, hilfsbreit und ehrlich.

I bought a Mazda 6 Sportsline Plus as an annual car about 2 months ago.
I would like to praise the seller Mr. Tim Menne by name. I was in all 3 Schickers branches and was very disappointed at first. In the first branch, people stood up against a (justified) discount because of the € 250 discount, in the other I came across a completely listless seller who didn't even want to give half of my old car.
When I arrived in Xanten as the last stop, Tim stood out positively. A very normal, personable, helpful and fair young salesman.
That's where I bought my car. Clear recommendation.
A phone call with a workshop employee (slight Eastern European accent, unfortunately I forgot my name) was also very positive in my memory. He was also super personable, helpful and honest.

I am based in Belgium, bought the car unseen (car was almost new so no issue for me), I didn't hassle over the price but asked them to organize export plates to take car back to Belgium. Upon arrival to pick-up the car (I had already paid the car in full at that time) I noticed they had organized the "wrong" plates. They first told me these were the right plates and they sold 10's of cars all over Europe all with these plates. I have exported many cars from Germany and knew the story was incorrect . I told them so upon which the owner "Herr Schnickers" told me if I did not want the car I could just go back home. They finally made me organize the right export plates myself and I had to pay for the extra costs. Nothing wrong with the car, but the attitude and service was not ok.
