S	Salar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto hat kühlflüssigkeit verloren und wurde zur Werkstatt gebracht. Einige Tage später haben wir ein Anruf bekommen und es hieß,das Auto würde Öl verbrennen und es würde unter der Motorhaube qualmen bei 90° im stand.Das Auto kann abgeholt werden und man könne nichts machen. Tage zuvor wurde das Auto auch bewegt zwischen Uedem-goch-kleve ohne große Komplikationen. Die Komplikationen kamen erst nach dem Besuch in der Werkstatt. Ohne Einsicht und ohne jegliches entgegen kommen wurden uns die Schlüssel übergeben. Freundlich, ja zum teil. Aber wenns daneben geht hat man Pech. Wie vor einigen Jahren als ich ein riss im Benzinschlauch hatte und enormen Benzinverbrauch hatte, wurde nur der luftfilter gewechselt . Haben nicht mehr vor diese Werkstatt zu besuchen . Car lost coolant and was taken to the workshop. A few days later we got a call and they said the car was burning oil and smoking under the hood at 90 degrees. The car can be picked up and nothing can be done. Days before, the car was also moved between Uedem-goch-kleve without major complications. The complications came after visiting the workshop. The keys were handed over to us without any insight and without coming towards us. Friendly, yes in part. But if it goes wrong, you're unlucky. Just like a few years ago when I had a crack in the fuel hose and had enormous fuel consumption, only the air filter was changed. No longer planning to visit this workshop.
M	Marcus Brockmöller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter! Herr Hahn ist zwar etwas kurz angebunden, aber trotzdem sehr freundlich und vor allen Dingen sehr kulant! ? Wir hatten meist mit einem seiner Mitarbeiter, Herr Pina zu tun, der ebenfalls überaus freundlich ? und hilfsbereit? ist und uns sogar per WhatsApp ?zwischendurch über den Sachstand informiert hat!? Insgesamt kann ich diese Werkstatt mit Dekra nebenan nur sehr empfehlen!??? Very friendly and helpful staff! Mr. Hahn is a bit short, but still very friendly and above all very accommodating! ? We mostly had to do with one of his employees, Mr. Pina, who is also extremely friendly ? and helpful? and even informed us about the state of affairs via WhatsApp ? in between! ? Overall, I can only highly recommend this workshop with Dekra next door! ???
F	Frank Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier ist das Personal bis jetzt immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen ?zudem kann man hier auch einen Kaffee trinken zum akzeptablen Preis (1,80€)und das geht auch nicht nur drinnen sondern auch draußen ☕?der Platz reicht locker für 10-12 Personen. Es wäre nur schön wenn wir Biker auch mal einen Kaffee für 1,20-1,50€ bekommen würden, wenn wir auch da Tanken würden. Here the staff has always been very helpful and friendly ? you can also have a coffee here for an acceptable price (1.80 €) and that is not only possible inside but also outside ☕? the space is easily enough for 10-12 Persons. It would only be nice if we bikers could get a coffee for 1.20-1.50 € if we could refuel there too.
