★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uns wurde schnell und unbürokratisch geholfen. Toller Service, schnell zuverlässig und kompetent. Nur keine Autopanne zu haben ist natürlich noch besser. Aber im Falle eines Falles ist dieser Abschleppdienst sehr zu empfehlen.
We were helped quickly and unbureaucratically. Great service, quickly reliable and competent. Just not having a breakdown is of course even better. But in case of an emergency, this towing service is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abholung von Fahrzeug war vom Ablauf her schon Katastrophe knapp 2 Std. unnötig aufgehalten. Reklamation in der bezahlten Rechnung wurde vom Chef mit "Machen wir immer so" recht unfreundlich abgewiegelt. Wirkt sehr unseriös.
Picking up the vehicle was unnecessarily delayed for almost 2 hours due to the disaster. Complaint in the paid bill was turned off by the boss with "we always do it like that" quite unfriendly. Looks very dubious.
