P	Paul Mertens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my bike in for a new back wheel, new gears on the back wheel and a new chain. When they told me it was ready, they had done a very poor job. The chain was too long and the wheel was clearly not new, but they gave me a very competitive price so I asked them to fix the chain and all would be well. Four trips to the shop later and the chain still wasn't fixed. They hadn't tested it a single time. Fifth time there I ask the owner for my bike and money back, they could keep the parts. Had to argue for literally half an hour while customers were waiting left and right but ultimately got my money back. The mechanic who was there 4/5 times I visited the shop didn't seem like he had ever worked on a bike before, breaking the chain and the wheel while he was rushing to fix the bad job they had done the first time round.
M	Marios Fournarakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammer. I bought an overpriced mud guard for my bike which he confirmed was "really good". The mud guard had two parts with the "wing" just clipped on the part attached to the bike. I cycled for 20mins and I look back and the mudguard was gone. I went back the next day asking for a better replacement and he refused claiming it was my fault for not attaching it properly. Stay away

Afterwards I had a second-hand back wheel with intact spokes, but nearly broken gears. It took 2 days until the gear was completely gone and the tire was flat. I went to another bike store to get things fixed properly.
c	claire geers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aryan is so kind and friendly! Even if you show up right before he is suppose to close, he will always make time to fix your bike. He even invites you for tea or something to drink while you wait. He fixed my bike after an accident I had and afterwards it looked even better than before. Very affordable prices and he works every day.
J	Joeri v V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here about a year ago. My front wheel was bended and i needed it replaced as well as my breaks. He suggested i'd replace my gear cable as well since it was old. I didnt know any better and agreed. Once i came back it looked ok. However the gears now started switching at random. My break was replaced, but he simply bended the old breaks away instead of removing them, which resulted in them getting stuck in every bike rack. The new break was second hand and squeeky as hell. The only positive thing was the price, but apparently here goedkoop is duurkoop (as we say in holland). Went to east bikes last week, and the difference in service/result made me write this review. Please always walk 100m further to east bikes and dont bother with this place.
I	Ingrid Redmond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a very pricey used bicycle for my daughter and the guy pushed the sale by justifying we wouldn't have any problems in the future, we could come any time we needed anything fixed or replaced for free. The kickstand on the bike was small and flimsy and broke after a few weeks upon setting the bike down. I went there to have it fixed and he called me crazy and denied ever saying he would do the maintenance on the bike.
L	Lindsay Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my bike here to have my lights replaced (I asked for high quality ones as I didn’t want to have to fix them again within a month) and my gears fixed. Within 1 week the lights were broken - filled with water and the front light just fell apart when I turned it on it was so cheap. My gears started to slip again almost immediately. But I also didn’t want to go back because the guy made me uncomfortable with his forward remarks. I had gone here because it was close but I should have read the other reviews! Do not go here expecting your bike to be fixed!
