Een paar dagen na het plaatsen van mijn bestelling werd ik gebeld om me ervan op de hoogte te brengen dat ik dus even moest wachten op mijn bestelling. Ik heb de babygym slechts enkele dagen later al ontvangen en ook nog eens met een persoonlijke boodschap erbij. Complimenten! Ik plaats zelden reviews maar vind dit wel echt leuk, dat het bedrijf nog echt aandacht besteed aan een persoonlijke touch! Dankjewel Nynke! I ordered a baby gym online. The website stated that the delivery of the baby gym I ordered would take 4-6 weeks. A few days after placing my order, I received a call to inform me that I had to wait for my order. I already received the baby gym just a few days later and also with a personal message. Compliments! I rarely post reviews, but I really like that the company still pays attention to a personal touch! Thank you Nynke!
E	Eline Haasjes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Babyplanet Meppel is een hele leuke winkel, erg vriendelijk personeel die op een fijne manier met je meedenkt en een heel groot assortiment aan producten. Ik mag er graag komen! Helaas zijn de winkels nu gesloten maar ondanks de lockdown ben ik online super geholpen en geslaagd (thanks Cecile!). Een aanrader om je baby uitzet te shoppen, cadeautjes te halen en gewoon leuk te winkelen! Babyplanet Meppel is a very nice store, very friendly staff who think along with you in a pleasant way and a very wide range of products. I like to come there! Unfortunately the shops are now closed but despite the lockdown I have been helped and succeeded online (thanks Cecile!). A must for shopping your baby, to get presents and just enjoy shopping!
L	Lisanne Kooij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaaanden lang op mijn bestelling moeten wachten, gegevens uitgewisseld van andere kopers, wel een cadeautje voor gekregen, maar vervolgens liggen mijn gegevens bij een postbezorger die even prive contact met me opneemt over de bezorging van het pakketje. Het zal wel in de algemene voorwaarden staan, maar ik vind het echt onbehoorlijk! Jullie hadden ook ZELF contact op kunnen nemen met het bedrijf en niet mijn gegevens hoeven geven aan de bezorger. Hele vreemde manier van communiceren. Ik koop hier echt niets meer! Had to wait a long time for my order, exchanged data from other buyers, received a present for it, but then my data is with a postman who contacts me privately about the delivery of the package. It will be in the terms and conditions, but I think it's really inappropriate! You could also have contacted the company YOURSELF and not have had to give my details to the delivery person. Very strange way of communicating. I won't buy anything here anymore!

Staff are also very friendly and helpful, with advice if you are not sure. Also nice is they have a nice baby changing area, and stroller for customers to put their Maxi-Cosi in while they browse.

I must say that Baby Planet is not responsable for the fact that they could not send you your ordered articles in time. Baby Planet is one of our best partners and always been very reliable. There has been a problem in the order process of Babyzen which has caused this delay. Again I am very sorry but sometimes some things happen which causes delays and then too often the shop is shot at, there where the fault lies with the original supplier. I was telephoned the same day to say it wouldn't be in stock for another four days and ask if this was OK. I said it was fine, as four days is only a small delay. The item eventually took fifteen days to be delivered (November 23). I had to contact babyplanet by phone and email in order to get any update in the meantime. When speaking with them on November 18 the item was still not in stock. Nobody was apologetic or even really seemed bothered that I had had no news about where my item was.
