L	Lars Goedbloed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zojuist een broodje tonijnsalade willen bestellen, de keuze uit belegde broodjes zijn zacht broodje, hard broodje, gezond broodje, ik vroeg wat gezond inhield; maar deze had ze zogenaamd niet, toen liep ik weer naar de kaart en stond er dat gezond met sla, tomaat etcetera was, ik gaf dit aan maar ze gaf geen reactie dat ze dit wilde doen, daarnaast wilde ik drinken bestellen en hadden ze niks koud staan, al met al geen bakker waar ik weer heenga, waar je lekker een broodje wilt halen, zr smeerde weinig tonijnsalade op het broodje, het enige wat lekker was, was het meergranen broodje zelf Just wanted to order a tuna salad sandwich, the choice of sandwiches are soft sandwich, hard sandwich, healthy sandwich, I asked what was healthy; but she supposedly did not have this, then I walked back to the map and it said that healthy with lettuce, tomato etcetera, I indicated this but she did not respond that she wanted to do this, in addition I wanted to order drinks and they had nothing stand cold, all in all no bakery where I go again, where you want to get a sandwich, zr spread little tuna salad on the sandwich, the only thing that was tasty was the multigrain sandwich itself

Geen excuus, maar ik kon een stuk taart naar de zaak brengen, konden zij dat beoordelen. In het vervolg voor mij weer Maison Kelder. The last ordered cake was disappointing. The mail traffic afterwards with Van Kempen was even more disappointing. No excuse, but I could bring a piece of cake to the store, they could judge that. In the future for me again Maison Kelder.

L	Lubna Rezzoug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, I ordered a birthday cake on the 30/12 in the morning. I asked if it could be ready the same day. The lady on the phone told me I could pick it up at 13:00, I was surprised and said will it really be ready that early in the afternoon? When I arrived to pick up the cake, first the personel said I was in the wrong shop, I had to convince them I wasn't. Then, it was a misunderstanding, the cake was not ready, NO apologies. I asked them if the birthday cake could be ready the next day at the same time. Today same scenario: "are you sure you ordered a cake?" Finaly they called some person, and just bluntly told me: "No the cake has not arrived..we were not informed." Could you in the future, at least check your orders and call your clients when something goes wrong, please? Or try to come up with a fitting solution?As you can imagine the birthday cake was for someone's birthday, making it quite dissapointing to show up without a birthday cake.
S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of those few bakeries that is open on a Sunday. If you want fresh bread on Sunday then by all means go, otherwise its a regular bakery and thats fine.
