★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty impressive and upscale. The clothing section is insane and there's even changing tables for your pooch to try them on. Just about everything you're searching for for your fur baby you can find in here. Worth mentioning that this is the first pet place I saw steps/stairs in stock/displayed. I have a Yorkie and I place steps by the couch and bed to ensure no knee or hip injury. Definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of quality pet foods (particularly for cats) that I have trouble finding in other physical stores. Prices are in line with the best prices I've found online or slightly lower than some other physical shops. Nice cleaning supply section as well. Have also used their webshop and received prompt deliveries, or - in the case of a one time delay caused by their third party courier - excellent communication on their part of what the issue was and a delivery on their promise to prevent similar issues in the future. The only pet store in Den Haag I will bother with.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and they are knowledgeable about a lot of things and always willing to offer good advice. I'm grateful to have this adorable shop in my neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has a strong focus on dog-items. They have a small "cat-corner" / "passage" but the set-up can make it a stressful experience. It's narrow and those who want to get to the back of the shop always push you through so that there's no chance to explore/browse. You can only get in, grab what you need, and try to get out asap or else you will bump into someone, be pushed aside, or feel in the way somehow. So, it's okay for getting the 2-3 things you know you need, but it's not my go-to dierenshop for browsing items cat items.

The very friendly and experienced staff helped me find the perfect items for my kaninchen-dachshund, even well-fitting harnesses for her unconventional frame. My dog was over the moon to interact with the incredibly relaxed shop cats! I plan to visit again when I am in town. Highly recommended!
