 Empty shop, no customers inside, shop assistant lazing around, she doesn't sell me shoes because she says you only get there by appointment. This is idiocy and lack of commercial sense. Absurd and useless to send a buyer away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dat je mondkapjes op moet is te begrijpen ook al heb ik ontheffing. Maar de manier waarop het door een bepaalde dame gevraagd word. Gevraagd nou ja medegedeeld dan, Ik ben zelf filiaalmanager van een schoenenwinkel geweest zo ga je in ieder geval niet met klanten om wat een toon zeg. Laatste keer dat ik bij van Haren op de Frederik Hendriklaan in Den Haag binnen ben geweest. Dit was nl al de 2e keer dat dit gebeurde 1e keer dacht ik nog ze heeft waarschijnlijk haar dag niet.
It is understandable that you have to wear mouth caps, even though I have an exemption. But the way it is asked by a certain lady. Asked well, then I've been a branch manager of a shoe store myself, so at least you don't deal with customers what a tone you say. Last time I visited van Haren on the Frederik Hendriklaan in The Hague. This was already the 2nd time this happened 1st time I thought she probably has not had her day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude pair of cashiers on a Thursday evening(09.11.2017)...Absolutely humiliated my 14 year old daughter who took back a pair of shoes I had bought for her. They interrogated her as to why she had to bring them back in a sharp and degrading way , hadn't she realised they didn't fit when she bought them ...and then talking to each other right in front of her claiming that they themselves would never take anything back that costs 29.99 euro!!!
Sorry we didn't realise that Van Haren also had a Jimmy Choo line on sale! Perhaps an incident for the management to look into ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently placed near the shops in fred. If you are shopping for kids, then you will have a nice experience. There is a huge tv with cartoons playing non stop. Kids enjoy while you look for the shoes. Staff is friendly. Not all size may be available though. The shop itself is not that big
