The company is also unable to provide me with a proof that they actually made the money transfer back to my account. BankhoesDiscounter does not provide neither the product nor the money refund. Again, I recommend that anyone who didn't receive the product and/or the refund reports it to the authorities. ********************************************* The order has been placed on the 31st of August. After not receiving the product for a few days I have contacted the customer service. Their reply has come after few days stating that unfortunately they do not have the cover I ordered in stock and I will have to wait (probably) until the week after. I therefore cancelled the order. As no money has been refunded for the purchase (after 14 working days) I am reporting this company to the police for fraud. I am attaching all the Messenger conversations as well as the email correspondence and their bank account details to the report. I recommend doing that to everyone that did not receive their purchase or money back.

I returned the product on 01/May which was delivered to the seller on 03/May by PostNL. They are yet to confirm the receipt of the goods as they are so busy in sorting out their returns for more than 6 weeks. Their customer care number never works and they just respond to the mail to convey a "sorry" and to tell us they are looking into the matter infinite period of time without any follow up mails from them. I would strongly suggest to check their response (time, attitude etc.) to sales queries once before placing any order. You may place orders only if you want to use their product(s) irrespective of any further consequences. Good luck and hope you will at least have better experience in case you chose to go with them!

I have been waiting for almost 6 months to receive the refund of my order after returning it. Numerous attempts to get my money back are still unsuccessful. Initially they ignored my requests, then they said that the order was never received by them (even though my track and trace clearly stated it was). After a number of excuses and promises that they would "sort this out", they still didn't arrange it, and I'm still waiting.

So this is the first criteria they filled to meet. However, I started calling them to cancel the order I called them more than 70 times. And no one answered. I send emails, and after two weeks they reply. But it to tooks me more than two months to get my money back.
